I have had the pleasure of working closely with Tom McArtis and Craig Breen at ARC Document Solutions (Virginia Beach, VA location) for well over fifteen years. Even after my move to a different company within the A/E/C industry, this exceptional company has continued to provide excellent service to both of these firms, superior to all other printing companies in the area. I have worked with many printing companies throughout the course of my career, and none come close to the quality service ARC continuously provides. ARC is flexible in terms of negotiating costs, providing reliable/on-time print/delivery services, and product quality. Tom and his team at ARC are fantastic! They are my go-to printers for all projects from small to large scale, they are extremely responsive and quick to help out with solutions, and the quality of work is exceptional. They give me peace of mind when my to-do list gets busy and when I have crazy requests. I know I can always count on Tom, Vlad, and the whole ARC team to get the job done.
