It was such a pleasure to come into the Lynnhaven Mall Store. Justine was who helped me. I first came in on 8.16.25 but they password issues, Justin asked me to come back tomorrow. I came in around 1:00 pm I wasn’t able to take care of my phone at the time so I went home and came back with my backup phone. Justin was in the store all my himself, had like 5 Customers in the store, he handled each and everyone and the cherry on the top he is fluent in Spanish and was able to communicate with them as well. He was very attentive to each and everyone of us. I was so very impressed. My time at this store for two days took time but it was all worth the wait. Please give this young man a raise.

Unhelpful run around customer service. Far easier instead: build a time machine to 1917 and learn the art of pigeonry so you can send messenger birds to your network.

I was told my phone would get there at a specific date and usps tried to deliver it and instead of checking on what’s going I was told to wait rudely when they told me I would have my phone no later than Monday. The lady on the phone was rude about it. Disgusting

I've never had a better experience at AT&T. Justin was amazing! He took his time with me, he explained everything to me in detail, he was thoughtful and considerate. I hope he's a manager. If not, he should be.

Daija was great. She was alone and it was pretty busy. All of her ipads were updating and she was trying her best to get everyone out so we can go about our day. She had a really, really good attitude and she radiated positive energy. We were all willing to wait for everything on her end to get situated because she was really trying her best.
