liz & chris are AWESOME! my phone randomly stopped charging & after trying several chargers at home, i decided to head to the store to see if it was something that could be fixed. unfortunately after liz & chris looked over my phone they determined it couldnt be fixed, so i had no choice but to buy a new phone because i didnt have any insurance (i purchased insurance for my new phone) they were both so helpful & nice. i will certainly come back to this store in the future should i need anything from at&t

My phone had been broken for 2 days. I called 611 customer service twice and Apple twice and no one could help me. I decided to just stop in this location not expecting to get anything resolved and they took me right away. The associate and manager Chris worked together and my phone was fixed within minutes. Such great customer service. I was so excited to have my phone back the way it was. I will definitely be back.

I had tried to use AT&T in the past but hit a wall signing up. I ran into ridiculous issues online. A couple of years passed and I stopped into a store. Hit the same wall. Chris unexpectedly followed up with me a week later. He navigated the issues for us and now my entire family uses this service. He went above and beyond and that was post-sale as well. Without his diligence and care we would not have switched. He offered a level of customer service one no longer sees today. I'm deeply appreciative of his efforts.

Chris and Kali were the most amazing cellular representatives I’ve ever dealt with. I was thinking about leaving to Verizon but stopped in for one last effort. Chris has single-handedly redeemed ATT in my eyes. Can he be adopted?

We had such a good, streamlined experience here as opposed to the town center area store. Super knowledgeable, kind and helpful. Looked for ways to save us money, organized our account and got us back out the door with a new phone in less then 1.5 hours (a record for new phone purchase and setup I swear!).

Fantastic customer service from Chris who took the time to save me money and ensure that I am in the best plan that fits my needs which includes a teacher appreciation discount. He also explained the features of the various phones such as the comparison of surface area between the different iPhones. Extremely satisfied and highly recommended!

Recently upgraded my iPhone 12 to a newer model. My old phone had some serious issues which made transferring the data to my new phone a nightmare! Chris, the manager, and his staff worked diligently to get all of my information transferred for me. He was even able to correct something that they couldn’t help me with at the Apple Store. I highly recommend Chris and his staff at Redmill!

My wife and I just did an upgrade for the iphone 15. Got hung up in the rebates with our old phones but Chris stepped in and got things sorted in no time. I appreciate his communication, follow through and professionalism. Definitely traits that are fast disappearing in our transactional world. Well done Chris! You Sir are a customer service Rock Star!!

Went in for a phone upgrade (haven’t had a phone upgrade since 2020) and was pleasantly surprised with the effectiveness of the visit. We had Chris (who is incredible) and Liz was another employ on shift, both of which were super kind, helpful, and provided THE BEST customer service that I’ve experienced at an AT&T. In addition to the strong social skills the employs possessed, Chris alerted me that my account was paying for TWO (2) additions lines that I didn’t need, as well as navigating me through my options without bias. My family and I have been customers with AT&T for over 10 years, so having this experience only adds to the reason why I proudly use AT&T. Thanks Chris and Liz!!
