  I went yesterday to replace an iPhone. The first gentleman with glasses helped us and was seemingly by himself. He was very polite, understanding, and helped us a second time when I came back with a question. The second guy was a bit rude and made me uncomfortable. He came out of nowhere after letting the first guy deal with 3 people on his own. When I came back the second the second man stood over me watching and making comments. The first man respected that I wasn’t too into technology and that I was fine with transferring my information manually. But the second man kept saying stuff like “I’d like to see how you’re gonna do that”. Btw I did manage to set up my phone manually, despite basically being made fun of by one of the staff for doing so. It was an uncomfortable experience because another customer kept making comments to me as well, egged on by the employee.
  I must stress this! The tall guy with glasses is really nice and helpful, it was the short man who was making me uncomfortable

  I can't say enough good things about Nick at the Landstown Commons AT&T store. Over the past year, we've visited this store several times, and each time, Nick has been incredibly helpful. From resolving billing issues to troubleshooting phone problems, he's always been knowledgeable and efficient in finding solutions on the spot.
  
  Most recently, I added a new line for my daughter and had to transfer her phone number from T-Mobile. Nick patiently worked with us through some complications during the transfer, providing clear communication and steady solutions. Although the phone she wanted wasn’t in stock, he reassured us it would be available within a certain time frame—and it arrived exactly when he said it would. We never had to guess or wonder about the process.
  
  When we came back with the newly delivered phone, even though Nick was busy helping another customer, we waited for him because we know he’s the only one we trust. The data transfer to my daughter's new phone took nearly two hours, but Nick didn’t rush us. He stayed late, beyond store hours, to make sure everything was done perfectly.
  
  Nick truly goes above and beyond for his customers, and it's because of him that we continue to choose this store for all our AT&T needs. He's not just knowledgeable; he's someone who genuinely cares about making sure customers have the best experience possible. We are loyal to AT&T because of him.

  Got to give a huge shoutout to Davonn for helping me with my switch from T-Mobile to AT&T. He and Mike were a huge help and very hospitable during my time at the store. Definitely will be back for any future needs thanks to these two.
