On May 15th 2023 I went into the ATT store in VirginiaBeach to inquire about new mobile service. I was told abouta promotion where I could get a new iPhone 14 Plus withdevice credits after 3 months with NO TRADE IN DEVICE. Iasked the representative multiple times if I needed a tradein, when my credits would appear, made sure that thedevice I purchased would qualify and confirmed with hermultiple times over the course of my 1 hour visit and wasassured everything was in order. After 3 months, my creditswere nowhere to be found. I called customer support andwas told they found the promotion but they couldn't applythe discount and that I would have to do it in the store. Icalled the store where the retail sales associate told me thathe saw the promotion as well but that I would have tophysically go to the store to have the credit applied. Once inthe store, I was told that the promotion doesn't exist andthat they would submit a ticket to confirm and that it waspossible that I may be able to return the device and cancelmy service. I called customer support again since they werethe first point of contact and was told the promotion did notexist by 2/3 reps. They gave me options to lower the bill butthat's not what I wanted or what I THOUGHT I had signed up for. The manager called me back and they offered me $150 bill credit which didn't satisfy the nearly $1000 phone purchase that I wasconned into by the representative at the 4725 VirginiaBeach Blvd Ste 100, Virginia Beach, VA 23462 location. If Ihad known that this would happen I would have notpurchased the phone in the first place and I feel lied to andbetrayed by this company. I asked if I could return thephone and they said it was outside their 14 day window. Sonow I'm stuck with this large purchase I didn't agree to. I have since filed a complaint with the BBB because this is THEFT and the rep responsible needs to be held accountable. I will be cancelling my service regardless of the outcome. Do NOT go to this location and if possible steer clear of ATT.

I had a very difficult time unlocking my phone. I called and the automated system said to go online. I went online and tried to follow the prompts but there was an error. I went to the nearest AT&T location and was quickly greeted with a warm welcome! Rio introduced himself and made me feel so welcome. Even though he was helping other customers, he still took initiative to help guide me in the right direction - all at the same time making ALL of us feel important! He actually took a few moments of his time to REALLY listen to my situation and let me use the landline phone. He didn’t just dial the number and handed me the phone to hold, he went through the prompts to ensure I was connected to the right department, even informed me that it would be a wait, and that he would be here if I needed anything else. Eventually, everything worked out ?I was in a very situation and Rio helped turn it into a more positive experience! Thank you for having Rio on your team.

Just want to say that Rio and Dave went above and beyond in helping us with our new iPhones. I have been a very long time ATT customer and I always appreciate want what great service they offer. Big shoutout to the guys at the Virginia Beach Blvd store!

RIO got me switched from Verizon and could not have been a better guy. He got everything transferred smoothly with no stress. Usually mobile phone stuff is like pulling teeth, but I will happily go back to this store.

They didn't have many options for cases, screen protection, or even of the phones available. The staff was very cordial and polite about it no complaints there. I was just a little confused about the selection availability of displayed phones.

I went in the store and Virginia Beach to get a new phone and switch service the representative who helped me with Zach. He took care of all of my questions and needs. I was really satisfied with him.

I just want to come up here and say that Aziza and Ashley and the whole night crew on Nov. 6 helped me out so so much even when they had technical issues, they still managed to help me out a bunch. they are amazing!!!!! Thanks a lot cause I was feeling bad how much of a struggle my problem was.

I upgraded my phone and was to transfer my information from one phone to the other and the representative was walking around the store didn't even assist properly then said because my phone has a lot of stuff on it that's why it's not transferring so I had to figure it out myself with the help of my daughter and still everything isn't transferred.

Rio and Ashley were very patient and efficient in helping me decide on a calling plan and we're able to transfer my phone content with no hiccups! I really appreciate the service that we receive at the Corporate AT&T stores. Great service!
