“I have State Farm for years in Florida and 7 months ago I reached to Jacob (Jake) in the Virginia Beach office because I had acquired a car to be licensed in VA. Jake was amazing from the first phone call and he never looked back on his personal service to me. Since then I’ve purchased another car and back in Florida again but Jake followed me with his personal service to the end.
