I bought a 2014 Jeep Compass when I got there no one was in the building but a lady Janelle also pulled in right behind me at about 1pm. However she was very polite and seem nice. She asked if there were any in particular vehicles I was looking at and I expressed the compass and how myself and my sister looked at something similar. She let me test drive is a very short distance, not even on interstate, which I found a little odd but didn’t think too much more of it. A week after having the car the check engine light came on, I contacted Janelle and she said it shouldn’t be anything but reminded me of the warranty that was put on the vehicle. I took it to get the light check it responded with the fuel injectors . One week later the Jeep breaks down less than 30 days after getting the vehicle. Here I am a month later working with the warranty company they provided and they are currently covering a USED TRANSMISSION and not covering 3 axels with the total of 2000 due to the “previous owner not taking car of the vehicle “ I now have to put 2000 in a Jeep, I have only had for let’s say 20 days. When called about this discovery, I was brushed off and told every other company they put me in line with was to blame. I asked if they had any paperwork on them looking over the car and was told no. They are selling cars not knowing what issues they are having. I, now, have to buy out a loan for 10,000 for a car I have driven for 20 days. LEARN FROM ME! Find a place with a CAR FAX AND CARE ABOUT THE QUALITY OF THEIR VEHICLES! THE PICTURE BELOW SHOWS WORK NEEDED TO BE DONE FOR THE CAR TO RUN AGAIN NOT COUNTING WHAT WARRENTY COVERED AND NOT WHAT OTHER MAINTENACE NEEDED ASIDE FROM GETTING IT RUNNING.

Janine is wonderful. A very good customer service person. She cares about her customers and make sure you get what you need. She will get you in a vehicle. i purchased my third vehicle here. I never had a problem. They have a great selection of cars.

I've had issues with them over them trying to jack up the price from what was posted online they broke the gas cap off cause it locked and they didn't have the key they didn't replace it they said they would get me a key fob with it that they didn't their insanely hard to contact I called over 10 times one day they waited till I called about my temp tags about to expire to put in for my real ones and were very rude in response when I asked about it cause I don't want to drive around illegally on a military base. Over all just a huge headache. Update: they ended up taking care of the issues.

Good little dealership. When I first showed up without calling about the truck it was getting inspected they offered to take me to it or bring it back as quickly as possible. I decided to come back the next day the truck was in good shape and the service was quick and easy. Very helpful and friendly.

Brought a jeep from this place on 5-2-23 very nice people. Specifically ask for ms Janine ?she will get you rolling in your new car as soon as possible the priceing was fair and negotiable everything in my car is fully loaded auto start by key great interior no body damage or no problems wat so ever ????? plenty more business with her ( ask for Janine?? )

This is an awesome dealership. Chaz and Jenine are outstanding individuals who won't presure you but will do everything possible to get you in the car that you want even if your credit is either substandard or like mine was, non-existant.

MILITARY PERSONNEL PLEASE BEWARE!!! They only want money!! Sold us a broke down suv. We haven’t even had it 30 days and have already spent over $3,000 In maintenance and it’s still messed up. They haven’t offered to make it right or anything. It’s sad how these used car dealerships prey on military people. KEEP YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE!!!
