Had an emergency window repair while out of town this morning. Popped in to Auto Zone to get plastic, tape, etc. Both team members were friendly (and sympathetic), helpful, and we were able to get back on the road only slightly worse for wear

Rex, Alec, Leo, and tre were amazing. They helped me in every single way possible and with a smile. Leo has amazing customer service, Alec and tre were extremely helpful with knowledge and rex was, as always, being the goat!!!! Highly recommend this store for the people who work really hard here to make sure the customer is taken care of!!!!! Great job guys I am blown away??

dave the saleman was very helpful and knowledgeable.. i told what happened and he knew what was wrong with my car before he put the tester on it.. also let me borrow tools to fix my battery problem

If I could give zero stars I would give it there is a lady who speaks Spanish I speak Spanish I don't know how to speak English and every time I come she speaks to me in English knowing that I don't speak English but that I have always come to this place and she does it rudely and with a arrogance and bad attention I know that she speaks Spanish why when my cousin comes he speaks to her in Spanish I feel that this is personal do not come to this place if you do not speak English

It’s never a good time for an alternator to go, and I was 4 hours from home. First off, don’t buy a VW, second, Alex Carreto was so helpful, he deserves a raise! He drove to two other stores to get the parts I needed and even stayed after he clocked out to help me finish the job. I highly recommend this store and I hope corporate recognizes their commitment to customer service.

I needed coolant for a 6 hour drive and Cameron and his coworker I think her name was Amanda were amazing. They welcomed me from the moment I walked in and made sure I chose the right coolant and even let me use their tools to add coolant to my Kia soul. Amazing customer service. Wish I had these guys back in Philly.
