I have always had good experiences at AutoZone, but this location beats out the rest! Amaing customer service! I had the dream team comprised of Abbie, Donni, Hez, and Caleb giving me their expert advice and turning what I thought would be an expensive fix into a minor repair that they fixed for me! I cannot begin to express my appreciation for the time they took to help me. I was able to enjoy the rest of my vacation without any hassles thanks to their expertise!

Very thankful for the staff working this afternoon they got me and my vehicle home. Everyone went above and beyond making sure I was helped and did everything they could to get me and my vehicle home.

This Sunday morning I received one of the top customer services ever! Ryan not only assisted determining what headlight exactly on my Honda Pilot, whether standard and/or high light was needed, but then also installed it for me in no time flat! My experience with Auto Zone #998 on Dam Neck Rd in VA Beach has always been so positive, I'll definitely continue to recommend it to family & friends!

This Auto Zone is the best ! My Mom told me she was having issues with her car not starting and constantly jumping her battery so I suggested she go get it checked out Tionna assisted my mother by installing her battery and even told us where we could get her some stylish gear for her car thank you so much I'm currently deployed and that meant a lot to my family !

Very helpful staff. They let me read my car with their computer and then printed out the results for us. We discussed the issues and he helped clarify what may need to be done to fix it.

Great for picking up parts or getting a check on your battery. My vehicle was charged then died while driving and I turned into the Auto Zone. Parked as best I could, and got some help. At first it was clear the battery would have to be replaced, but it looked like the alternator would as well. Once the battery was cleaned up and connected, the charge was great and all systems read good ?. They saved me quite a bit of money and delay in getting work done. The ♥️ of this store is super! They help you get the right parts and price. Can't say enough good about them!
