The people at this store seemed nice enough, but either they were lazy or just didn't know what they were doing. The AutoZone we bought our battery at made an error in the system and this store refused to swap our defunct battery. We drive the hour and some change to Williamsburg where the original store was, and they swapped it easily and said the system showed no error when they tried to swap out the battery. We wasted gas and time because the people at this store refused to even try to help us.

If you need a car part or something for the car, they have it. Just ask the technicians at the front & they'll help you find it. Plenty of parking. No complaints.

The guys here are amazing and always go out of their way to help I really appreciate it. Thank you to Swif s. & Theo, for testing my battery and refunding me after someone told me to buy a new battery though it was good the whole time!

Steller job with a battery replacement. Like, I'm absolutely floored by the outstanding service provided by Theo, Christy, and Sheldon. Highly recommend this specific location and these specific individuals. Also, shout out to the mechanic that also came over. I really thought there was no saving the battery situation on my car, but I'm blown away by the commitment shown getting the old battery out and new one put in. Thank you so much!
