I’ve had an amazing experience renting through Babb Real Estate and I couldn’t be more impressed with the level of service they provide. I had such an awful experience with my previous Prop mgr. Just horrible. So they had to go! I did a ton of research and read lots of reviews and chose to give Babb a try. We live in San Diego and the rental is in Va. Bch. (a long way away) Jeff and Caitlyn have proven to live up to the hype (tons of 5 star reviews) Being a real estate investor I have seen everything, the good bad and the ugly. It has been a pleasant experience all around working with Babb and Co., they are on top of there stuff and actual inspect the house yearly to see whats really happening in the property. I am a first time landlord, and Babb Real Estate has made the whole process smooth from the beginning. I've had a great experience with Babb Real Estate throughout my time renting with them. They are professional, responsive, and truly care about their tenants. The few issues or maintenance requests I had were addressed promptly, and communication was always clear and respectful.
Recently, I had a minor misunderstanding about the lease, and I was really impressed with how they handled it. They took the time to listen to my concerns, and we were able to come to a fair and amicable resolution. It's clear they value good relationships with their tenants, which makes all the difference.

We rented a condo through Babb Realty and had an outstanding experience. The condo was spotless and in excellent condition when we moved in.
