Do not go to this location. The tellers are incompetent and are not trained in policies and procedures with money. One of the tellers lied to me and now as of 10/2 I have $1200 missing and nothing has come of it from corporate or the branch. They just don't care. They are not willing to compromise or help you. If you "lose" any money or it is misplaced by the teller. Do not for one second think you're getting that money back. Scam Of America. Do not expect to get my money back

I liked it. BOA is one of the few major banks that continue to maintain a lot of local bank branches to serve their customers. This one is really handly as it is in the Walmart shopping complex making it really convenient - and it has the best ease of access and parking of any bank branch in the area. Staff are also helpful and friendly.

Always seem short staff with the long wait .. Tracy the manager need an evaluation for customer service!! Also Frustrating can’t print debit cards in Person they want you do everything through the app or online so I Will just stick to Navy Federal .

they have a like 1 employee..only one window open every time.this one guy just stand there to get people but doesn’t actually. why can’t he get behind the counter and do something?make sure you have an extra 30 mins to spend here to do anything!!

I wish i could leave NO stars. Branch closes at 4. Screwed up. Banking world stops at 5 and the ATM's are always down. BofA is a second rate bank. Time to change to Chase.

Something is wrong with BOA. Their branches are closed at 4 PM on a Friday? The branch at Nimmo had 7 cars in the lot which had to be employee vehicles. I don't go here much but it is not the first time I've had this experience with BOA. Questioning why I have accounts here....421 PM!

Went in to pull out a large lump sum of money and the lady took my I.D went to the back to speak to the manager and declined to give me my money stating that the deposit was still Pending when I had an available balance larger than what I wanted withdrawn.Definitely taking all of my money out and going elsewhere. I honestly felt it was because my husband and I are minority. I went with my friend last year to the same bank and she pulled out 8,000 with no problem.
