The worst branch in VA Beach do not come to this bank if you value your time because this bank does not. Only 2 windows open just before holiday and to top it off it takes 2 agents to complete 1 transaction so now there is only 1 window with 2 agents after waiting an hour I still haven't made it to a window. It just the lack of customer service. I will never be coming back to this branch ever again and probably will never go back to bank of America again. They don't want your business and definitely do not care about your business. NO STARS NO SERVICE NO COMMON SENSE. I WILL BE CALLING CORPORATE

I came here after being rudely judged and dismissed by a Wells fargo employee at the 125 Independence Blvd, Virginia Beach, VA 23462 branch.
I came to Bofa and waited for 5 to 7 minutes to open a new account. I was greeted with a big smile and hello from Bryan. He treated me with the utmost respect and even had me smiling and laughing. Bryan is very warm, welcoming, attentive, knowledgeable, and has the best customer service i'd ever seen in a while.
This experience made my day because of Bryan, I'm definitely making this location my primary go-to branch of bofa.

I’ve had accounts with BOA and have been using this branch for many years. When I go to this branch, I’m greeted with a smile. Bryan has been especially helpful whenever I’ve had questions or needed help.

I went to this location to cash a check from on of my business associates. I was racially profiled by the teller Ashleigh that gave me rigmarole about the check. She then proceeded to call her manager another white gentleman who then wanted to question me about the check. This all could have been avoided by just calling the business. This is one of the reasons why I chose to close my BOA account and moved my accounts to Langley Federal Credit Union. BOA should focus on training their employees on good customer service as well as empathy.

I am an old customer of BOA. One of the office I have visted is this one. The manager, Mr. Davis is a very nice and professional guy. However, there are two white emploees, one is a handsome yong man, and one is a young woman, they made me very froustrated. I feel that I was discrimated because I am an Asian. Especially, the white young woman. on 6/25/2024, I planned to talk with a staff there about my credit card's fautlent problem there. There was no clerk at the greeting desk as general, but I saw Mr. Davis in the office who was talking with a costomer. Because we rememer each other, he told me to wait for 20-30 minutes. I did sit on a chair located at an waiting area that near the greetng desk. Finally, I saw a young white woman came to the greeting desk and told me I need to wait there for 45 minutes to 1 hour. I said OK. I wait there from 3:45- 4:35pm, about 50 minutes, I saw a white frmale customer she is behead me was called to talk with the staff. Then, I told the white young female clerk that I was before the white customer. But she asked me:"Do you know how to bank online?" very rudely. Of course, I know how to bank online, but I have the right to choose the ways I want to. She should know the professional moral and provide the same treatments to all customers fairly. I do not think I will talk with any white clerks any more there from that day and I am think whether I need to choose another bank.

Bunch of Commies should be called Bank of Russia because there is nothing American about this scam operation. Gave my teenage daughter an account with 0.01 % interest what a joke. Loaning out same money for 10-15+% scam artists AVOID
