“Wow! I went to Napa yesterday for a headlight bulb and they were so rude and refused to help me out with changing the bulb. So I went t to O’Reilly today and what a difference. Evagelia was so friendly, offered to help change the bulb, I didn’t even ask her to help, and when she went to change it she discovered that it was actually just loose not burned out. She’s a great example of customer service! She even gave my dog a treat. Thanks for your friendliness and customer service! You rock Evagelia. I’ll never go to Napa again.”
“Me and my fiancé came in today 5/29/25 to get something to clean the spark plugs. My fiancé was trying to do it another way but we was informed by the assistant manager BON why we shouldn’t do it that way and the causes. BON helped us with finding the right tools we need to fix the problem and he also was attentive to our problems. Not only that he gave us a lot of upsales. BON has great customer service and understanding for the all customers. He is a great manager and needs to be promoted for the help, patience, and knowledge he has given customers. Thankyou BON!!! “I came here looking for a left brake light bulb to replace. Usually, at these places, most people will help you find the bulbs but not replace them. Becky stepped outside the norm and helped me replace the bulb; it took her 5 minutes. It would have taken me about an hour because I would have researched it and did not have the right tools. Do not get me wrong, I could have done it, but the convenience and her positive attitude made it easier for me not to do it alone. I highly recommend this place for all your car parts needs. Ask for Becky - she is 5 Stars and above.”
