I came her to help handle some banking things for my elderly father, and I will say that everything went according to plan. Our banker, Vicky, was very nice, super friendly, and very helpful. She was more than happy to answer all of our questions regarding the different types of accounts available at BayPort. The only downside to this credit union is that there are a few branches in the Hampton Roads area, so it might be difficult to deal with the credit union if you live outside of the area. At least on the few times that I have visited the credit union, the wait time was very minimal.

The best credit union for everyday needs. Especially if you are a cash envelopes budgeter. The ATM gives denomination options instead of just all 20's

Myra was my teller today and I’ve seen her a few times over the times I’ve come in the branch. She definitely seems like she doesn’t want to work there but hey smh! My experience today.. she came from her office to assist me she asked me for my account number I nicely told her I don’t have it.. then she asked me for my full SS number in front of everyone which definitely made me uncomfortable.. she asked me for my id which I gave her in her hand after asking me my transaction.. she then placed my ID my receipt and my money on the counter.. If I handed you something I would think the right thing is to hand them it back. I haven’t had one good experience in this branch. The women the minus Vicky need to learn customer service skills or have another class. Needless to say I will not be using this branch again!

Of all my banking experiences this is by far the worst of them all. I can never access my account online so I have to call them and the reps are no help either. No longer apart of the military so I left Virginia and this bank is telling me I need to verify my identity or they will close the account. I'm no longer in VA so this clearly is an inconvenience. I wound not recommend them to anybody 0 help each time I contact them. At least they take their money on time every time 0/5 stars if it was an option.

I have multiple bank accounts with Bayport Credit Union and love the staff anf customer service at the Holland rd location. Anytime I visit this branch I get the worst and slowest customer service.
