We waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes before we were helped. I wanted 10 $10's and wrote a check from their sister bank. She told us we had to go inside for that transaction. The drive thru person brought my DL and check in and gave it to another teller in training. We waited another 20 minutes in line before we were called up. Only to have her tell us."she couldn't give us cash but would have to go through our account number. The trainer just stood there. I didn't know what on earth she was talking about so we left. I had to ask for my DL and check. Very unprofessional from teller and trainee

I recently purchased a new car and my rate i believe was about 15% I financed my car and Audrey was so informative and provided so much support throughout the entire process. I saved so much and my rate is now 5.94% !!! Thanks Audrey for all you do and the beach municipal team!!! You guys are the best

Robin was absolutely phenomenal! I had multiple transactions, yet Robin was patient, thorough, and had impeccable attention-to-detail. I'm so grateful that all of my transactions were handled professionally and in a timely manner. I noticed all customers were greeted immediately upon entering. The lobby was also very clean. What a lovely credit union with such friendly people. I'm so glad I stopped by.

I only use this institution as a service center, because my credit union is in Maryland. Thank God! I went in and was treated as if I were a criminal. Robin their member service rep asked if I could lower my mask and look at the camera. I have used this facility on several occasions. Never once did anyone ask me to lower my mask and look at the camera. I asked Robin why if my picture was being taken.I also explained that I had not been asked that in the past. Robin explained if she doesn't recognize a customer she asks them to lower their mask and look at the camera. Now, I find it almost unbelievable that an employee can remember every customer she services. Especially a credit union of that size. After speaking with the branch manager I was felt even more dismissed. Basically, Rachel the branch manager sang Robin's praises and told me that Robin followed policy. This led me to ask why I was experiencing this for the first time. Rachel stated that the other employees had gotten it all wrong and she would have to speak with them about enforcing their policy. My bottom line is... I only use facilities that appreciate the value of their customers and do NOT treat them as criminals. Needless to say I will handle my finances elsewhere.

I’ve been a member of this Credit Union since 1985, they have helped me thru many obstacles including walking me thru the process of handling me through finance credit issues associated with a death. They have finance two vehicles for me as well as assisting me when my acts were compromised. I have always felt confident when I contact them that they will help me including recent sign in problems. ( they were so patient to keep going over and over with me until I finally “ got it” ) I’m grateful for this fine group of people and commend them for all they do. Thank you guys!

Been a member since 1995 always bosted not a bank a credit union. These days there just a bank the old ways of caring about members has gone to the waist side . I have accounts at wells fargo as well. I see no difference in my banking experience. I got the wells fargo account in 1996 because of my troubles with atm banking when I traveled with credit union system s always going down. Still till this day my wells fargo account has saved me wen I travel. I also have a buisness account at Atlantic union bank, aside from them having the smallest drive thru there good too. I had a rough last few years with retiring disabled then my wife got cancer then covid. My credit unions help was to lock my revolving credit for over use they did this in November making for a great Christmas. There idear was to offer me a refinance plan using an arm loan. I never missed any payments but I did have to borrow back every month. I went to my other bank I refinanced my home with a conventional loan wife's back to work and I'm getting back on track thanks to my other bank .. I filled out that eval card the credit union sends out on how we rate them I voiced my opinion, funny wen I refyed home I got a check from my mortgage company that I have been auto paying from my account. The credit union put a 7 day hold on it not including weekend making none of it available 9 days total. Now just yesterday I deposited a check from my wells fargo account I deposit a check every month from this account nuthing new this was for 1000 dollars it was put on a five day hold . I can't help but to feel like I'm being singled out. I no what your thinking I should just change all to wells fargo then. Easier said than done I have history here and all my auto pays come from this account and yes I'm lazy. So I just decided I do my banking and keep mind set it's just another bank.. by the way the two stars are for my tellers there's a few of the originals left who are great and personable and remember what a credit union is and means most of the newer ones are like every other bank get them in get them out no personable service.

Customer service is terrible! This is not the first time I've experienced a problem. In fact, it's the 3rd time. I cannot transfer my funds fast enough. Sharon, the vice president, is unprofessional and disrespectful. Angela is inconsiderate of customer concerns, and the CEO is unknown, unavailable, and unapologetic.
