Karen and Terri were outstanding! I signed up with the credit union and within 24 hours applied for an auto loan with a very favorable term, it was the lowest rate around. They both were warm, welcoming, and so easy to work with. They made this car buying experience the least stressful of any I've ever had and I am so grateful!!

Customer service is terrible! This is not the first time I've experienced a problem. In fact, it's the 3rd time. I cannot transfer my funds fast enough. Sharon, the vice president, is unprofessional and disrespectful. Angela is inconsiderate of customer concerns, and the CEO is unknown, unavailable, and unapologetic.

I am a member of the Virginia Credit Union and when I moved to Virginia Beach I did not realize they had no branches in the Tidewater area. They have a shared relationship with the Beach Municipal Credit Union, which means I can conduct all my banking needs here. The staff has always been extremely courteous, kind, and helpful in every way with all my banking needs, especially considering I’m not a member. If I were a city employee I would most definitely become a member of this credit union!
