The dumbest people work at Best Buy. The dumbest management and the dumbest training is provided at Best Buy. The dumbest computer system is Best Buy computer's system. I'm not going to waste my time explaining it. I just wanted to make it know and give them a bad review because they don't deserve a good one.

Wow! What can I say? Graham was our sales associate and he was awesome! My husband and I were lost on picking a tv and a laptop and he was so knowledgeable about everything we asked! And his patience was impeccable. We are not that tech savvy but he helped us understand everything he was teaching us about. We will definitely shop only at this location, because we know if Graham is there, we’ll get the assistance we need. We got an 85 inch Sony and a new hp touchscreen laptop that was in our price range . We also loved that Graham showed us items that were out of our price range and in, because he just wanted to compare and show us the difference but also let us know that even if we had to go with the lesser option.. that he would make sure we got the best option! Thanks again Graham at Best Buy on Princess Anne Va Beach . Take it from me, ask for Graham! He’s the man!!!

I used my Rewards credit money to purchase an item online. It was not what I expected so I took it back and the return was great. They were able to apply my credit back to my account without any difficulties.

I went to Best Buy on princess Ann rd. Virg bch I tried to return a hoover upright vacuum I spent 180$. It stopped working. I spoke to manager William Tedders. I informed him I had called hoover at 3 #s it said no one was available goodbye. He said they would not do a return or exchange because it wasn't within 2 weeks. I will never shop at Best buy again. They do not stand by their products and appliances. I'd give 0 for customer satisfaction if I could. Shame on best buy.

Shimin S, the manager of the store that she refuses to provide her name the most rude representative in best buy ever. I went today to pay my credit card and every time I go there they do not find my account in the system. So the cashier was seeking a help to find my account he called the man6of the store if course Shimin. Shimin does not know how to find account in thesystem and does not know how to deal with customers. So they have been asking me to ship my card over and over again. I got mad cause I am not gonna spend my day swiping my card so ms. Shimin thr Manger of the store start to have attitude and instead she solve the issue she wanted to teach me how to talk as a customer so she left everything and start to fight with me. I asked her to let me tlak to her manager. She mentioned that she is the Manager of herself. And she gonna click me out of the store and she asked all the associates infront of me not to help as a way of punishment. Now I am not a resist, me my self daul citizen, but the woman is Indian. So this attitude she can do it back thier in India. I have been in usa for 17 years never so such attitude from a Manger. And when she was threatening me by kicking out me from the store u asked here to go ahead and do that she could not. Now she thinks that when she try to treat me like this and tell the associates not to help me I will get ashamed and leave the store but I did not cause I know what she is doing is asham thing for best buy. Any way I asked her to give a number of her cooperate and provide her name and her last name. And this is what she said ( I will let call in the store but I am not gonna allow any one to help you ) then she was calling the associates by their names telling them not to help me. I called the cooperate where the representative was very polite and helpful and gave a case number for her attitude the case number is 322999033. I do know how was she trained to be a manager or how she got this position and her mentally is like that. She has been repeating that she is the Manger in her Indian attitude but she never acted like one.

I'm usually the online order, know what I want, get in and out type but when I went in to browse it was hard to find anyone available to help. The staff was great when I tracked someone down, it just took a minute. Maybe hit them on a busy day, will re-eval next time I'm there!

Picked up a chromebook at a good price. Staff was pleasant. To check out you have to go to customer support as the registers were not manned.

Went in store, looked around and they have a decent variety of items. Was greeted shortly after arriving and offered assistance. Associate went and got the movie I was looking for very quickly. Customer service was great, and I got checked out in a flash. I had a gift card that covered most of my purchase, which was the main reason for going there since you won't really find any bargains at Best Buy. That's why I can only give 4 stars.

Their customer service is dressed up harassment. Then when it’s time to check out everyone is busy. How you tell a customer I’m going to check you out after I use the bathroom. Xavier tried to smooth the issue and yet couldn’t understand the issue. Too many people standing around to have a line at check out.

This Best Buy is located in Landstown Shopping area. I was able to recycle an old Boise noise cancelling headphones and buy a new one. Staff was courteous and the replacement works well.

I was reluctant to post this but I needed to let the public know!! Worst customer service experience that I have ever had! I purchased a television and when I got home to set it up it was damaged! I get that things like that happen but what I didn't get was this....I took it back to the store for an even exchange and they wouldn't honor it because I got it on sale. Then the rude, unprofessional manager acted like it was coming out of her pocket. It was a total waste of my time and money!! Buyers beware!!! Avoid Best Buy. They suck and the manager needs to that a course on customer service. I only wish I would have got her name to share because right after me there was another customer that experienced her nastiness!!!

I bought a portable AC system and it wasn't quite big enough for the room so I returned it and whatever was managing gave me a refund on Best buy card and really appreciate it because I was 2 days late. This is still one of my favorite store for computers and electronics

Screen broke in NJ and had my screen professionally replaced. Arrived home in VB and attempted to have my Zagg screen protector with the lifetime warranty replaced, they refused saying I had to bring the screen protector in (which was in NJ!). I explained that when I purchased the screen protector nobody EVER told me if I needed a replacement, I had to bring the old one with me. I was told that the return instructions are on the back of the box, to which I responded I was never presented with a box as it was thrown away by the sales associate. I was then told that I should "just know" this information to be covered by the warranty. The pretend store manager "Shimin" refused to replace the screen protector without an old one. I asked who her supervisor is, and she stated very rudely that she doesn't have one, she is the manager. I asked this question approximately 10 times before asking her if her last name is Best Buy, she finally gave the name David but told me he does not work on site. I asked approximately 5 times if David is EVER at the store and she refused to answer, constantly steering to different answers and speaking in a very condescending tone. She then told me, "The issue stops with me". Newsflash sweetie. It is obvious Shamin has zero people skills and thinks she can talk someone in circles. It is also obvious that she has personality issues which don't compliment her abilities in customer service. Next stop David Stop after that corporate
