If I could give zero stars I would... at this store customer service is really bad. They will literally have you waiting outside for over 20-30min on a curbside pick up while there are like 5 employees in front of the store just chillin, smoking, player around. It's ridiculous, just go in and get your stuff because they literally will never come give it to you. This is like the 4th time this happened to me here I always end up having to go inside and getting my stuff because they are incapable of doing their job.

I called for a repair for a cracked screen on my surface pro 9 and they gave me a date of today. I went in and they told me they did not repair tablet screens. They did not tell me this on the phone.....

I received the best assistance from a gentleman named Conor at the Geek Squad. I am a a seasoned woman who doesn’t know much about computers. When I told him my problem he quickly identified the issue, went to retrieve the part and inserted it in less than 10 minutes which cost less than $40.00! This young man was very sincere and explained the issue I was having and even made sure everything worked before I left. I appreciated all of the knowledge he had and how he took the time to tell me what I needed and offered information about the best laptop to purchase if I was looking in the future. We need more honest salesmen like Conor! ??

I find it increasingly difficult to find an associate willing to end whatever personal conversation they might be having with other employees to open a locked case and retrieve the item that I want to spend my money on. Only to be escorted to a register like some kind of criminal.Last visit, we stood at the watches for 20 minutes, (1-10 on the busy scale that night was a 3) waiting and watching as employees avoided earning their pay. I actually had to start tapping loudly on the metal rack to get attention.I believe this to be a symptom of this particular location. Poor management possibly.

Although I approached 3 males near the printers upon arrival and asked where they were, one of them said 3 rows over and then disappeared. Then a man restocking printers asked if I needed help and radioed for someone to come help me. After waiting 10 minutes a male started to approach me and as I looked at him, he turned away. At this time Adrienne asked me if I needed help. She said she noticed me looking at the male who had turned away. Adrienne was not responding to the “radioed” request for assistance in printers, but she did assist me and I bought a printer. I will try to access a different Best Buy site than the one on Independence Blvd in the future as their staff is poorly trained.

Scheduled a stereo, speaker and camera install on a 2014 Ford F150. Marcus Knupp advised on parts and completed the install in 1 day. He was great to work with as he is ver knowledgeable and responsive!

I was a best buy fan until the last time I went to buy a phone. I was looking forward to get it from best buy only based on my previous experiences at other locations but this time the experience was awful. I bought a Z flip 5 and was told that i had 15 days to return if anything uncertain occurs with the phone. I brought it home, put it on charge and found heating issues with the phone. I kept it back in the original packaging and went to return it few days later. The associate agreed there were heating issues but still deducted 45$. I was well under the return period, original packaging, the phone was never used but he still charged me. I'm sorry but I would never return to this store to buy any devices henceforth.
