Everything was great when I stayed as an individual guest. However, working for a construction company and trying to schedule multiple quantities of rooms and accommodations has been a nightmare, between being hung up on and not being called back for quotes. If you plan to stay here, I recommend not being in a hurry.

I could not sleep due to all the loud noises. I also killed 3 bugs in the room and the bathroom did not look like it had been thoroughly cleaned. I checked out after 1 night.

Upon checking in the sheets very dirty room smelled like smoke.... Tanya, the manager has been extremely rude and dismissive and with a less than caring attitude about the guest. She told me that it was my fault I decided to stay even though I wasn't satisfied. Me and my family overheard how she talks rude and nasty to Best Western Employees.I was a quiet and extremely clean guest very respectful of the property we had several rooms. Can I believe this manager of this hotel. Every time I've been in office, it looks like she spends most of her time gossiping in the back with others and talking to her employees like they are trash instead of humans.. Worst management

Near the airport so, it is a great location for air travelers. Outlet mall about a mile away. 30 minutes to the beaches at Virginia Beach.
