“Absolutely the best service ever!! I had Freedom put my electric trike together and added a seat with a back that wasn't stock but was purchased from that company for that trike. The seat was defective and wouldn't flip forward for removal of the battery, but the company wouldn't refund my money without me jumping through hoops. Chuck make a trip to my house and changed out the seat for me and even went so far as to make a video demonstrating what was wrong with the seat which the company requested. After five frustrating emails back and forth, we proved our case and they refunded my money. It wouldn't have happened without Chuck, Nina and Barry. I sing their praises and will continue to frequent Freedom Bikes. with the seat.”
