“Great experience today. Shop has a nice selection of clothes, shoes, helmets, accessories. I walked away with everything needed to hit the road. And I got lucky the shoes I got were on sale. Fantastic customer service! Mike was very knowledgeable and had great recommendations!”
“Absolutely the best service ever!! I had Freedom put my electric trike together and added a seat with a back that wasn't stock but was purchased from that company for that trike. The seat was defective and wouldn't flip forward for removal of the battery, but the company wouldn't refund my money without me jumping through hoops. Chuck make a trip to my house and changed out the seat for me and even went so far as to make a video demonstrating what was wrong with the seat which the company requested. After five frustrating emails back and forth, we proved our case and they refunded my money. It wouldn't have happened without Chuck, Nina and Barry. I sing their praises and will continue to frequent Freedom Bikes. with the seat.”
“My husband and I each bought an electric bicycle here a couple months ago and we absolutely love it. David took the time to educate us on the various brands and helped us select the bikes that were best for our needs, budget and size. We each got a Biria and have had a blast using them. We bought them for a trip to Acadia national park, but have enjoyed riding them around the beach just as much. David stands by his products and provides the best warranty around. I had previously bought an electric bike from a store here that quit working less than 45 days after I bought it, and the store only had a 30 days after guarantee. If you want an e bike, save yourself the heartache and start here.”
