After reading the Boost information online, I called the store to find out what I'd need to bring to signup for Boost service. I was not only told the offer on the website wasn't available, but was quoted a price more than twice what was online.

If you want to receive EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, stop in and see Tracey!! She had excellent customer service at the Birdneck location and now she's shining bright at the Newton location!! Going in the Newtown location and hearing Tracey interact with the customers and then seeing her made my experience worthwhile! As soon as I entered the store and heard her voice, I knew that it was her!! She was able to help me and three other customers as well! She's talented with multitasking, very helpful, has a lot of patience, understanding, and loves what she does! I was blessed to meet three other ladies while in Boost. With Tracey helping to meet all of our needs, all of us left in very short increments of each other!!! Tracey, keep doing what you are doing!!! # Team Kay, Ms. Marie, Ms. Jenene, and Ms. Delta, who was assisted by the BEST, Tracey!!! It was like we all became family, a sisterhood in Boost!! # We all need each other to survive!

Yesterday (Tuesday afternoon March 7th) I needed help in activating my new sim card on my newest boostmobile phone that fortunately the employee handling my query helped me with (around the 1241 pm timeframe eastern time zone in Virginia Beach Virginia Newtown Road location). The employee was understanding and resolved my situation to my satisfaction.
