Horrible experience with the staff. One in particular, Tabitha - the rudest person I have yet to experience in any type of customer service. After getting literally cussed out for asking about a price error, which ended up being exactly that, and error in their system, I will be reaching out to their corporate center and not returning.

The people that work there are the rudest. Let's not even talk about Carl! He's gone thank God. The rest of the staff really leaves something to be desired. If I was the owner I would have cleaned house years ago

Pump 9 around 1140 pm on Feb 7th. Purchased car wash at the pump. Receipt did not print. Store is closed at 11:30 apparently, so there's no way to get one printed inside. This leaves me with no car wash code. You owe me a car wash.

I asked the lady to change her gloves before preparing my food and she was very rude!!!! I waited and watched her rude attitude.
She said rudely, I'm not fixing your food now. But with all the germs and covid out here, you should change your gloves when asked by a paying customer. Need better customer service!!

DO NOT GO HERE. BAD STORE NASTY MANAGER Horrible horrible horrible go elsewhere Carl the manager is awful rude racist and tells people he the owner and to get out and fake calls the police Very sad Even if the register applies a discount he takes it off
I waited 30 min for the police to come they never came. And knew he was wrong so he just gave me the drinks for free smh
I shop here everyday day the owner needs to check Carl like for real I filed a formal complaint and gave a bad review and I can see I’m not the only one Also I’ve witnessed Carl in many conflicts with customers yelling at them telling them to get out don’t come back he gonna call the police this his store. The manager Carl needs to watch his mouth and attitude with the people that keep him employed (the customer) and the business open

Went to buy regular gas and was charged $4.20 a gallon instead of the advertised $3.19. They stole $10 from me basically. I’ll never come to this store again and ive been coming here for years. The owner should be ashamed.

The morning old white guy is horrible.....He doesn't say good morning, thank you,have a nice day....NOTHING!! Just stands there at the counter being angry for noooo reason!....Not saying fire him! (BUT) Someone needs to talk with him!

I went to this BP gas station on Princess Anne Road in Virginia Beach to make a very specific snack purchase. The owner or the older white male cashier was discriminately/selectively rude to me. I was so engrossed in my purchase, that it didn't hit me until I paid for my purchase. I could not find that particular snack at other stores. I thought this would be a quick grab and go. He was very nice to and conversed very nicely to the woman that allowed to go ahead of me as I gathered my cash. The interactions were very distinct. If he doesn't welcome business and patrons to those that don't look like him. Then, he is in the wrong business. In this ever changing economy, where he is not the only business or game in town. Good customer service goes a long way. He was more concerned about being more amenable to the customers after me whom I did not resemble. The lady at the food/sandwich section was wonderful, approachable and friendly.I would think twice about spending money with this establishment, if not ALL customers that doesn't look like him are welcome. Or, treated equally. This was my experience.I was very fashionable dressed or Soho Chic. Attire is not a benchmark for the store staffer/owner to be appropriately hospitable/courteous or should have mattered. If he is not the owner, then the owner should not let this person determine whether you drift in the red.
