my whole family comes here all the time. used to be great. until today the gas wasn’t coming out of the tank at all. i used $15 and it took 4 minutes for $6 worth of gas to go in my tank. it is 88 degrees today i have a newborn baby in the HOT car. i go in the store while my husband stayed with our baby, to ask to switch pumps cause the pump wasn’t working. the white lady with the pink and blue hair SCREAMED at me, humiliated me, and made me cry. i kept saying i had a newborn baby in the car and it was hot i can’t pump gas for 20 minutes. she screamed that she can’t make the gas go faster or switch me pumps and refused to give me my money back. after sticking up for myself i finally was able to get the rest of $9 back, *still waiting for the refund*. but i can’t believe they have such rude and ignorant people working there to sit there and BULLY a postpartum mom who was just concerned for her hot baby because of their gas not working. so if you’re the owner reading this, the white lady whom served me and my husband today at 11am just made you lose 4 loyal customers. i hope you take accountability for her actions.

I’m glad the owners are allowing people to use the bathrooms and I think that’s decent of them. What I don’t find amusing is there a quarter machine has a hole in the middle of it that steals your money and even when the quarters do knock over it doesn’t give you any quarters. Then, when you try to confront the owners, they say they’re gonna call the machine guy acting like they have no idea what’s wrong.Maybe you guys wouldn’t have a lot of thieves and people stealing if you were not trying to con people out of money. I’m glad I didn’t waste more than a few bucks because they probably would’ve stolen.

They charged my child $11 for regular bag of plain M&Ms then my kid realized they bought wrong ones so ran back in to get Peanut M&Ms and was charged another $11. $22 for 2 bags of regular size bags of M&Ms is insane. When we went to speak with them about it. They refused to pull up records and did nothing to make it right. The fact that they have no issue stealing from children which walk in there constantly because they are next to our neighborhood is completely wrong. Thieves!! Do better!!

DO NOT USE THE BATHROOM IN THIS PLACE!!!!!! I have a job where I'm always in my car so I have to use the bathroom where I can I stop here to use the restroom and the cashier gave me a key I go to the rest room and two mini later a man walks in after unlocking the door with a key I yelled and he looked at me and left out. When I was done I walked to the front cashier and told her what happen she said that he's her boss and I must have left the key in the door so he didn't know anyone was in there I told her no I had the key the whole time and he open the door with another key and they should have an extra look on the door I just walked out because she kept trying to make it seem like it was my fault.... I'm sure he must do this alot just by how they reacted no apology nothing....

I love this BP! It's the only place to find an oil burner around Virginia Beach late at night. Like the oil burners that come with the little glass rose inside the glass. People say you can use it as a pipe for legal oils that you can smoke for holistic purposes. To that I say wakey wakey eggs and bakey. But seriously folks get your oil burners here best hours and prices anywhere around pick up a pound or two of Tennessee pride sausages, while you're at it, if it's in stock.

Just want to say, that I have been a regular here now for 3+ years.. and truthfully, unless I absolutely HAD TO, then there isnt another store I would prefer to shop at, within 10 minutes of my house. And that's facts.. they have some of the most down to earth, easy going, and respectful employees I have ever met, hands down. Whether its gas your getting, or maybe just some candy off the shelf, they are there to help and answer any questions or concerns you might have.. i recomend this place to ANYONE and EVERYONE.
