My 26ft boat was stolen from my space. Someone has piled a bunch of junk behind my semi truck and someone has parked a flatbed trailer in front of my semi truck, shoving water containers into the front of my semi truck damaging my truck . Did I mention I have the hole 40ft space.
I have called left messages and emailed as well as sent messages through Facebook. If somebody could please contact me immediately. I am outrage that this could happen on BRB property. What am I paying rent for if the list of things I was paying to park in my space is not safe. Nothing else should be parked in my space except a semi truck and my boat. No after hours emergency phone response. I am beyond disgusted!

The gate doesn't always work and you get locked in or out. They take hours to respond via email and email only. It's only a matter of time before someone destroys the gate because they can't get out. They'll ignore this, they used to be better

DO NOT STORE HERE!!! If I could give zero stars I would. Find somewhere else to store. They never answer the phones, no one was ever in the building, our code never worked. We called every number on the building trying to to get someone to answer so we could store our camper in the spot we reserved but never could get a hold of anyone. We sent an email to cancel but are still being charged for a spot we could never use. I don't know how they are even in business scamming people like this.

No one answers the phones or returns call. I’ve had multiple instances where I’ve gotten stuck inside cause the gates don’t work properly and have had to drive to the front, jump the fence and retype the code so I can leave out the front. Don’t store anything here. Place is trash

Maybe this company reads their reviews? I canceled my lease 2/8/24 for lot 77B. No one in this company answers the phone, no one returns calls, Trisha and Stephanie don't bother to reply to emails. Accept it that I am not your customer no more since Feb. My lease ended at the end of March, you can spare me your continued invoices for charges and late fees! I won't be coming back to your mismanaged dusty junkyard lot!

Do not store your rv here. The lady that works the desk doesn't answer the phone ever. My rv was covered in asphalt dust. They let people run businesses on the lot. I had problems with the code everytime I went there. I asked the lady up front to terminate my contract and I am still being charged. This was over 3 months ago.

The storage units are pretty good size and affordable. The only issue here is everytime we try to get in touch with someone we cannot get a hold of anyone. We were told that the office phone is broken and cannot hear the phone rings but seems like they haven't fix it or they just don't want to answer the phone. We were given a cell number to call because of that issue and when we need to call the number we still can't get a hold of anyone. The gates are stayed open( not supposed to) even though we have codes that we need to enter before entering the property. I believe they can do better than that in customer service.

Came in to inquire about some storage services for our church. The hospitality I was shown was amazing. I didn't feel like a customer I felt like a friend. The lot I was shown was clean and secure with more then enough room to store a large vehicle or trailer.
