This location was the OG Burlington & it has gone to shit. Unorganized sparse stock, especially the decor section barely ever any merchandise & store is stocked super slow when they do get merchandise in. End caps are garbage just random items thrown about.. Staff seem miserable & there is no sense of urgency in the customer service area. Went to do a return & was told they do not accept shape wear for returns even though it says nothing on the receipt about that. The receipt says & I quote.. “SIMPLE! If you are unhappy for any reason, bring it back with your receipt within 30 days & get your purchase price back.” The cashier gives me my return receipt but proceeds to rip my original in half… unacceptable by all means. All in all, I will not be returning to this bum ass location.

The store was picked over and not very much inventory. It had the feeling of something that would be ' going out of business." I didn't purchase anything after about 15 minutes I left..

I found several items that I wanted to purchase but when I saw that the check out line was backed up to the back of the store and only two registers open I told my daughter that me standing in that line was not happening. I put the item where I was standing and left. Poor business model on a Saturday.

This Burlington had some nice things. I went at a bad time obviously because the lines and wait for the dressing room was like going to the dmv... Whooo chile!! I didn't expect that at all. Theres only 2 rooms so be prepared if you have to try anything on. I really like their soaps and body care products. Theres lots of interesting products to look at. The clothing section has alot going on as well. My favorite section is the food and seasonings section. I always find something new thats not in regular stores. They sell toys, home decor, shoes, a much more. This is a good store for Christmas shopping. 4 stars.
