Very messy store, customer service isn't very friendly. The new lady who was in training felt bad for not having an answer or correct training to help me. When she asked another employee about it, she received a short, and snark comment before giving her a response but not the answer..

Last Sunday I was very pleased to find real customer oriented services at Burlington store. I'm really thankful to Jehu and Deandre for their patience answering my numerous questions, professional approach to their duties and desire to help.
I shopped here before, but now this store will be No.1 in my list of favorites. A+++ Team! 😎👍

I would like to report an issue with pricing.
I purchased a pair of boots at the Burlington store on Princess Anne Rd, Virginia Beach. The price tag on the item clearly showed $23, but at checkout I was charged $32. When I went back to clarify, the same item was re-scanned at $25.99 + tax, even though it was the exact same pair of boots (same SKU).
I’ve attached photos of both receipts to show the difference. I hope the management can look into this, as it’s very confusing and frustrating for customers when the price at the register doesn’t match the price on the tag.
