I had the best experience at this shop after my recent accident. I was so stressed and anxious about the process, but everyone here was so professional, timely, and attentive. Amazing amazing amazing ! By far the best experience I've had at a Caliber Collision before. I've used them before at a different location. But this Manager, Aaron at the location off Birdneck, gave me a way better experience, and faith in Caliber Collision again, seriously.

I chose Caliber after a quick search, their location, and the suggestion from my insurance agent. I was very pleased with both the shop personnel and the work performed on my truck. My vehicle was struck in a parking lot requiring substantial repairs. The body work and paint job were flawless, and they worked diligently to bring one aspect of the repairs up to my exacting standards. They worked well with my Insurance and made all adjustments in conjunction with my agent at no extra expense to me. I gladly recommend them for your vehicle repair needs.

I didn’t have to keep calling about the progress of the work. They update you on Monday Wednesday and Friday!! Also, picked up and returned the rental to them. Very convenient.
