I took my Ego lawn mower to this place after an experience from another repair company that left me feeling very uncomfortable. My mower was less than 2 months old but needed to have the self propelled mower replaced as it was defected. The first place on the list that would repair Ego mowers was this other place that had a 30 dollar deposit which would be refunded after the warranty covered the repairs. What made me uncomfortable was the fact that the wait was over a month before they would look at it. Not only that, it would be sitting outside in the elements (or a somewhat covered area still outside). It was the hottest time of the summer and I felt with an electric mower, it wouldn't be good for the components, the fading or whatever would occur in that months time. I didn't like that and called Capital. Capital answered right away and said they could have it seen in less than 2 days and repaired as soon as the parts came in. I was looking at a week vs over a month. Their deposit was 60 dollars however I didn't care about that because I knew it was covered by ego. Everything went very smooth and a week later, my mower was fixed and back to brand new status. It was actually better than new because the motor to the self propelled was defected from the beginning. I got the deposit back with no hassle and was on my way. I was thrilled with the service and for certain would be taking my equipment back here if ever needed. Oh, I did mention to them the other place had my mower outside and he was shocked to hear that especially with an electric one. He took me over to the warehouse that was an actual building and showed me where my mower would be. That was the icing on the cake! I highly recommend this place for your repairs.

2600.00 for a new riding lawnmower... engine was malfunctioning.. used about 2 hours.. capital charged me 150.00 to make good a flawed sale.

Very happy with my purchase of a Cub Cadet riding mower from Capital Repair. They delivered the mower one day early and it drives and cuts so much better than my old mower. Only request is that the owner consider offering a military discount or waiving the tractor setup and delivery fees for military and first responders.

Never have parts for most any repairs, have to order out, which takes several days

Would not recommend to anybody because all the care about is their money and overall quality is trash. Please stay away from this place.

Thanks for fixing my riding lawnmower. They have a pickup & delivery service which I did not use because of price $$ ($150 flat price) especially since I live less than 3 miles away. Luckily I knew someone that had a truck to help get my mower there. I suggest they charge by the mile with a max charge.

Took my commercial lawnmower there because the blades wouldn’t engage. I did all the trouble shooting ie…fuse, pto switch…it took several days and I hadn’t heard from them so I called them and they said it was the PTO clutch and it would be $1,100.00 and he was saving me on the labor(that made me feel better….ya right), they wouldn’t even give me the part number like it was a national secret. I did my research and watched YouTube video, land and coats had part for $750.00 internet search had it for $250.00 and my labor. Today I was going to change the clutch, jacked up the mower and the first thing I see is wire hanging down so I plugged it in and bam blades engage..problem solved. They tried to rip me off point blank. Never had this problem when it was Hanks

I brought in a Wild Badger weed/wacker trimmer. Let them know the issue was when I would hit the throttle, it would cut off. I told them it may just need the carburetor adjusted, they agreed but warned if I needed parts, they likely wouldn’t be able to order them. I called them back a week and a half later and they told me I needed a new carburetor and they couldn’t order it. I had also contacted the manufacturer for advice since it was still under warranty. Manufacturer said the carburetor needed to be adjusted. I take it home, bought a $10 carburetor adjuster, turned a little black knob in the back a little and have been using the trimmer ever since. I don’t understand how I, a novice, was able to do that but the expert didn’t try adjusting the carburetor.

Worst service ever! 0 stars if I could. Beware, they want $150 to pick up your mower within same city. Red flag there! I should have known better. Then this shady business tries to run the bill up without even working on your mower. States that the deposit goes towards the repair. I had a warranty issue with a 2 yr old cub cadet. They were not helpful whatsoever with the warranty, made me do all the leg work?! If you are an authorized dealer, why am I calling Kohler and cub cadet for warranty issues?! What a joke! The 1st attempt to return my mower they tell me gas was leaking everywhere. 2nd attempt to return my “fixed” mower, it was dropped without a key? No apology about missing key, told me to come by and pick one up. What a rookie move. No big deal, but when the mower doesn’t run after putting a brand new engine in it?! Do I have to request another warranty issue too with the 2nd engine?! Upon delivery they proudly state,”we take all our mowers across the street and test them all to ensure they work well.” Another joke or what?! Mower literally ran 1mph. Although engine purchased from another authorized dealer, where is the paperwork for my warranty issues if something is defective! Brand new engine has a serial number for warranty issues. Now they tell me my transmission is bad. How is the transmission bad within your test cut, mowing across the street of your business to delivery at my house?? I will use another cub cadet authorized repair shop, even if they are in another city. By the way $80 for them to pick up and drop off and they do not ask for money upfront. The guy answering the phone will“nickel and dime you” before any work gets done. Definitely putting a complaint with BBB and looking into small claims court! Go anywhere else but here. They got to be under new ownership to run a business like this.

The absolute best value for lawnmower services. Blade sharpening, oil change, air filter, and tire lubrication for an extremely reasonable price. We've been coming here for four years and will continue to bring our business to Capital. The staff is exceptional and take a lot of pride in their craft and it is easy to see that each time we come. Highly recommend Capital if you need repairs or just seasonal service for your mower!!
