I purchased a 2023 Tesla and the process was so smooth. It was very simple and non stressful. Darren was amazing through the whole thing from the time I arrived until I left. I will be using CarMax forever!

The people we worked with were great and very helpful. The process was super slow. We were warned ahead of time that things were backed up so we don't really blame the people, but it will make up think twice about going back.
