Upon arrival, we were greeted by a very friendly and knowledgeable staff who were eager to help. We needed to have our oriental rug cleaned and fringe removed. The results were amazing and the hand sewn binding where the fringe was removed made our rug look gorgeous! We highly recommend them!”
