Came here because I love Charlotte Russe they always have some really cute clothes. The store was very nice as a whole and they had a nice selection of clothes and accessories, while I was here I got a white Stitch and Angel (from lilo and stitch)sweatpants & hoodie set and a white Lola Bunny Sweatshirt. The service was great too. I will definitely stop by again in the future.

Terrible awful customer service! Had the worst experience I could have at a retail store. It is a pain having to go back to exchange a hoodie that I give to someone for Xmas and one bottom breaks right when the person tries it? what a shame! I went to change it and I made the line twice and I dare to ask one of the cashiers to take me quickly because it was my 2nd time doing the line, and what a rude lady she didn't even acknowledge me and the other one supported the bad culture customer service I won't ever go back, terrible customer experience and their clothing selection is cheap rather than inexpensive

Charlotte Russe employees are SO SLOW. Literally takes forever to check out. They're dressing rooms are closed so you can't try anything on and their refund Policy apparently is NO REFUNDS only store credit. We purchased something here, had to go somewhere else to try the pants on. When they didn't fit we went back same day to return them and were told no refund only store credit. Even though we were unable to try the merchandise on. This place is trash, cheaply made clothes and poor customer service. Don't have high expectations shopping here.

I will not be shopping at Charlotte Russe any more. I haven’t liked them in the past because of how cheap quality the jewelry and clothes are but I gave it another shot…first, there fitting rooms are still closed and you can’t even do returns back to your care. So not only can you not try them on (the only store I’ve seen with fitting rooms still closed) but you can’t take it home, try it and return it without having to get store credit or exchange. I think it’s just shady way to treats your customers. Not to mention the girl at the counter was rude and had an attitude when I was asking about the return policy. I will not be shopping there. You can go ANYWHERE else and find better quality and customer service.

If you don’t offer refunds you need to let customers know before they purchase! I went in today to return and she told me I SHOULDVE asked first. What store in the mall doesn’t offer refunds? If you can’t afford to offer refunds your store shouldn’t be OPEN. Especially in the mall! Unprofessional employees this store and company needs to be shut down. I’ll be contacting my bank for a refund. DO NOT SHOP HERE’ poor quality everything especially the employees I would say more but I want my review to be posted. Have a nice day!

This store is the absolute worst. The employees are unprofessional - they fool around behind the register discussing their personal lives using profane language. The store is ALWAYS messy, boxes are always stacked about like they’re unloading product, but nothing is ever actually unloaded. I went in today because I had a gift card because of their cockamamie no refunds policy, so I figured Black Friday weekend would be the perfect time to finally get rid of it. Unfortunately, I was unable to do so because they were taking cash only. CASH ONLY ON A BUSY SHOPPING HOLIDAY WEEKEND- make it make sense. I hate this place, the people who work here are the absolute worst, and the company, as a whole should just permanently shut their doors

Almost bought several items for my daughter at Charlotte Russe today (10/29/21). They still have the dressing rooms closed. (This was the only store we encountered in the mall today that still won’t allow you to try on clothing). This by itself wouldn’t be such an issue but I noticed at the register that they do not accept returns…only exchanges and/or store credits. We left the clothes on the counter and left. Why would anyone buy clothing they can’t try on AND can’t return if needed? What a shameful way to operate a business. I totally understand now why they have had so many bankruptcy issues. Poor service is bad for the bottom line in the long run.

Bought by daughter a pair of jeans about 20 days ago in a PA store and my daughter wore them twice. I live in isle of wight va and had no idea we had a location near us. Found out there's a va beach location so i drove the 50 min hoping to do an even exchange. I threw away the receipt because after the first time she wore them she loved them. Every store she shops at (Target, Hot Topic, walmart) has done exchanges with no receipts. So for a product to not last shouldn't be our fault. The rudeness because i didnt have a reciept was unacceptable. The lady said the policy is 14 days and i verbally told her 20 which she repeated to me so i asked if i said 10 would she exchange them and she smirked and said no. I will never shop here again and post about this wherever i can because regardless of the policy you can see it isnt a regular exchange and a zipper shouldn't of broke after 2 wears. And the rudeness was horrible

SUPER..LOUD..MUSIC...ABRASIVE employees. Was excited to see them still open went in to purchase for my neice. Wrong move. Poor quality of clothes no try on yet no refunds. Go back to the drawing board with that! This place an their employees use to be of good quality but I guess times have changed.

I understand why they went out of business before. The customer service skills of all the employees is subpar at best. Not to mention, their "company policy" of "no returns" when one can't even try on what they buy beforehand is truly telling. The least they could do is really emphasize that their items are essentially final sale, so consumers know what they're getting themselves into. Then again, I guess I should expect low-quality service for the low-quality merchandise and low prices.

Had the worst experience with an employee in the lynhaven mall in va beach, VA. We were very excited to be able to go back into the store, found the cutest pumps ever...went to try them on to make sure they fit...not thinking that its probably not ok right now. My bad ... But the employee yelled across the store then got all pushing about taking the shoe away to be "quarantined". I understand I was in the wrong but the sign was turned around and neither myself or my friend seen it not to mention it looked exactly like the sale signs. There was no need for her to be so rude.

I had the worst customer service I have dealt with in long time. The lady working yesterday should not be working with the public. She has ZERO customers service skills. I was going to purchase a few items but after the way she spoke to me and attempted to embarrass me I threw the items on their counter and walked out. She was so rude!!!!
