i came by 2xs a few minutes b4 closing time same cashier seen me and locked the store anyway poor customer service I may just have spent a lot of money on products I dislike writing this but it happened twice it's as though they run it without using the corporate rules when we work for stores and deal with the public we don't get to make our own rules fyi we follow them! I stopped by other cosmo stores and there super professional this store could prob take a lesson from them

Good experience. I came in to buy hair dye for my fiance and mom. Lady was really friendly at the register she was also the one helping me on the sales floor. I think her name was Kelsey (blonde hair ) didn't know what I was even looking for but she helped out a bunch explaining what t\ Different things were and had patience with me. Thank you cosmoprof for having great employees.

I always enjoy coming to this cosmoprof because of the ladys that work there. The location is convenient, and the store pretty much has everything your hair could need!

They had waxers sitting in front of the wrong price signs, so I thought what the waxer was in front of was that price. I came in on Monday and the girl said that they had moved the stuff around on Saturday but you didn't change the price tags wow.
