Been trying to get service connected to our new house and its ridiculous with the miscommunication amongst the departments there. They stood us up on our appointment for the third time today. And then the manager at the store is like a child, chewing gum every time we had to go up there and just taking no accountability. Seems like the laziest staff ive ever encountered anywhere. I always heard people in the Strawbridge area hate Cox and now I know why.

I had to call back to the store when billing wasn’t updated and manager Robert was delightful. He fixed the issue straight away. Highly recommend working with the Upton Drive store directly.

Khalil Brandon is the best player on the team! He answered all my questions and got me totally set up despite many interruptions on my end. I was really impressed with his costumer service, confidence and the way he went above and beyond to make me feel valued. His calming and positive energy won me over after having a bad experience at another store. Give that dude a raise and a promotion!

Paid 45 for the service and got it installed. But 30 days later they shut it off. Only got 30 days of service we already paid for and now we owe 240 bucks. We go to the office, pay $100 and get it turned back on. They refuse to waive the rest of what we apparently owed and now 30 days later, we don't have internet again. Now they changed the bill to $175. So we've paid $145 more and have received 2 months of service for $45 a month and now don't have internet and owe $175. I live paycheck to paycheck. If we could do honest business, I have no problem paying, but I can't afford all that. Thats insane...
Be careful dealing with this company. Not exactly the most ethical...
I talked with the people you told me to, they can't even get into my account.

I recently went back to Cox home Internet from Verizon and when I went to go pick up my equipment from the store I was helped by Khalid and he was one of the rudest people I have worked with. He was very persistent on me paying $100 to have someone come out and Install it for me and informed me that if it doesn’t work especially I’m on my own and that I will be required to pay the $100 to have someone come and plug in a few wires. When I got home I plugged everything in and it was up and running in 10 minutes.
