Unable to refund a charging block I had bought less than 24 hours before. Sold me the block for 70 same exact block on Amazon for 30 dollars. The worker was nice and super helpful wasn't there fault but the whole situation left a bad taste in my mouth.

This store leaves flyers on cars every day that nobody wants. It's annoying and doesn't make me want to switch to Cricket.

Evelyn did a very efficient and professional job of solving all the issues I was having with my phone. She very patiently showed me how to use the apps on my phone. She took her time to answer all my questions. She is an awesome Cricket representative.

Excellent experience! The Cricket representative did an amazing job!I took my friend in to Cricket to get a new phone and I called ahead for pricing information. And when I got there the pricing information that I was given was all accurate!Best no contract phones around!!!!
