I have used this pharmacy for years and they have always been wonderful. I not only get my prescriptions here I also get my shots from here. Really skilled and professional people. If you have put in your insurance information it is stored within their system. I love that. Staff has always been fast and helpful. When your not feeling good fast is great. And friendly is always appreciated I also like their packaging. It is earth friendly

This is the WORST drugstore! I needed an INSURANCE APPROVED early refill, my doctor faxed in the request. CVS LIED about receiving it all weekend!! I contacted my doctor, they refaxed it in twice! They told me to have doctor refax it again on Monday. Then my doctor called them and they said it is CVS POLICY to refill no earlier then two days...CVS policy....WTH???

My neighborhood CVS opened 24 hours. Located in the Red Mill area of Virginia Beach and it serves its purpose as a quick stop shop. I always come in here for medication if needed and also for hair stuff if they have random sales. . which happens often. The aisles are labeled efficiently also so it's always easy to find things. Card shopping is also fun here. The service here from the team members are always great. They greet you as soon as you walk in, every time. Questions are always being answered also. Sometimes a little pricey, but it's a quick stop shop. As always, will be returning if needed.

Won't go into these CVS pharmacies anymore. Just found out they do not take Tricare coverage. Maybe they should take a chapter from Walgreens history. Walgreens takes Tricare.Thank you

Worse customer service, they will harm people over few dollars. Vicky the store manager refused to give me 2 pills of my medicine while I was waiting for the insurance to clear because the medication is very expensive.

I've always had a great experience at this location with not just the pharmacy, overall much better than Walgreens. Although, CVS doesn't seem to carry a large selection of more pricey brands (cosmetics, etc) compared to Walgreens.

I have been coming here for years. I have never had a problem with filling any of my prescriptions. When I call, they are always open to my time constraints and make every effort to fill my prescriptions asap. People who wrote bad reviews about this pharmacy obviously don't recognize when busy days and times are for a pharmacy. I have yet to deal with anyone who works here that has shown me anything but Congeniality. I would drive across town just to keep the relationship that was built here. They are professional as well as empathetic.i have had no issues with this pharmacy and have been taken care of more than I would have ever expected from another place.

The only pharmacies in the country that could get a 5-star rating would be those that give the drugs away. BUT, this TARGET RX gets a full 4-star rating in our book for doing everything they possibly can for customers, in spite of all the problems created by insurance, regulations, mandatory forms, huge price gaps between proprietary and generic drugs and all the other things that must make a pharmacist's life a living nightmare. We have heard the lads and lassies (Danny, Jennifer, Melissa, Charlene et al) helping customers with all kinds of questions / situations with understanding and caring. They always seem to be in the best mood and ready to help even the most (potentially) upset customers with information that relieves their anxieties and sends them on their way satisfied.
