I would select zero stars if it was available. I arrived at 9:35 am for my 10:00 am scheduled vaccine appointment on 10/6/23. I was told that my appointment was cancelled, without being notified. The technician said, they were 'trying' their best to notify customers. They were up and operating at this time, but didn't have the decency to let me know, so that I could save a wasted trip to the store. I will not use the CVS at Target located at 2060 S. Independence Blvd, Virginia Beach, VA 23456 again. They are very unprofessional. The day was wasted and appointments at other locations were no longer available.

IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET THERE IN TIME WHEN YOO WORK A FULL TIME JOB SINCE THEY CLOSE SO FREAKING EARLY. If I could vote less than one star, it would be in the negatives

My nephew needed a second dose of a vaccine so we made an appointment here. When we went in the lady at the check-in told us she had no vaccines schedule for today. While I looked for the information to confirm I was at the correct place for the right time and date, she more forcefully said she had no vaccines scheduled. I told her ok ma'am let me just confirm what I have. When I found that the information and location were correct and tried to show it to her she told me she did not have the vaccine. It took me a second to understand that she was now saying she did not have the vaccine. She repeated herself more forcefully and then just walked away from the check-in. The rudeness was unwarranted and unnecessary. I definitely would not use this CVS again.

Staff can be rude, leaves you on hold for a long time and are usually out of the meds I need. Sometimes they rock. It's truely a mixed bag.

Avoid cvs for prescriptions. It's not work that the time waiting and lack of customer service. Too many other options.

It’s sad when you don’t even want to give them the 1 star. Went to pick up prescriptions and what I saw made my stomachs sick. First off, I called and specifically stated that I would be there Saturday afternoon to pick up all my prescriptions. I asked them to please have them ready because I just had back surgery and cannot stand around. I told them I would be there at 2:30pm. I arrive on time and I am told them haven’t even started my meds yet. Note prescriptions sent Tuesday. Call was Thursday, no reason my meds aren’t done. So I wait the 30 minutes for my meds. Pharmacist is asked a polite question by customer to which the rude pharmacist replies, Target and CVS are TWO different companies. I work for CVS. She’s lucky it wasn’t me because I would have snapped right back at her. After 30 min, I get back in line and wait almost 25 minutes in line(now we are at an hour waiting in store)just to be told they haven’t done it. I was in pain and I just couldn’t take anymore. I’m not sure what happened to this CVS but they have ZERO customer service skills and less than ZERO empathy for anyone. Oh and don’t get me started on getting there 10-15 minutes before lunch! Even if they are in the middle of checking you out, they will stop transaction and tell you to come back. Why not just finish ringing me out? It would have taken 30 seconds and we all know they are NEVER open again at 2, it’s always later. Oh yes! And ask for a manager name and number, you will be told I do t know their information you have to call the 800 number. Corporate needs to rain on this location’s parade.

Not good depending who's working. Usually I have a decent experience but this afternoon I needed to get a refill and they kept me on hold for 20+ minutes. Answered by saying "hello can I help you". I only had time to reply "Hi, I need to" before they put me on hold again. Wasn't given a "hold on" or "one moment" from the pharmacist just click put on hold again. Finally answered again but said it would be ready tomorrow. No time of day just tomorrow. Usually only takes an hour btw. Disappointing.

They have multiple signs at the pharmacy saying walk-in accepted for vaccines. Period. There is no sign saying when we feel like it, only for some vaccines. Today apparently they do not feel like doing COVID vaccine. And ride employee needs a new job.
