Update: updated my review, I've been back numerous times, it seems they fixed all of the issues I personally experienced
They're fast and efficient, but only the main pharmacist - I suppose the doctor of pharmacy on staff - and one other pharmacist are pleasant and helpful. Everyone else ranges from curt to dismissive.
If one uses the CVS app to message this pharmacy they don't even bother providing an actual response to one's question. Rather, they merely acknowledge the message without an answer - I suppose just to clear their queue.
Good pharmacy but there's definitely room for improvement.

The CVS Pharmacy inside Target Store at Pembroke Area Virginia Beach is a must to visit specially when you needed a vaccination. The Staff are the best nothing bad we experienced yearly scheduled vaccinations. Great Experienced overall 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I was very rude to your pharmacy and I apologize to you all. My mother fell in the shower about a month ago she fractured a rib and was banged up pretty good. Well about 2 weeks ago her ribs felt a whole lot better but she was not out of the woods. She had injured her neck as well. The pain from. That hit hard. She has endured pain before she's has 6 boys. Forgot to mention my Mom is 92 years old she still gets around pretty good but this hurt that she has almost broke her. I finally took her to the Ortho Dr. He suggested PT and suggested to avoid pain medication. She was given tramadol but come to find out she is allergic to it. To make a long story short. She had her Medicare wellness checkup. There her great Dr prescribed a medicine that finally would do some good. Their office called it in to your Rx. A couple hours later I went to pick it up and the associate told me that they were backed up and would not be able to fill her prescription and told ne to try tomorrow. I felt helpless what else could I do. I sent an angry message. Letting them know that my Mom was not just a customer but a patient who was in severe pain. Please let me remind you she's 92 and has had this condition for over two weeks. I thought really. Is this the way it is. No sir that's the reason for the strong message. Come to find out you are a kind Pharmacy her prescription was fill later that same day. Thank you for relieving her pain. Like I said I apologize for what I sent but don't regret it. Your Store showed up. CVS keep up the helpful work and God

So thankful for the team working today! My son was diagnosed with an eye issue within hours of needing to be at the airport. We needed to fill his meds last minute on our way to the airport. I dropped off the script and was initially told it would be 45 min. When I explained our urgency, the entire team worked together to get it filled asap. Thank you Townecenter CVS!

I came to pharmacy today to drop off my prescription. The lady very rude. I came the last time the other lady so rude, too! Terrible service to the client. The only person always very nice her name, Amy! I will change to go to different location.

WORSE PHARMACY EVER!!! Don’t go to this pharmacy they do not know what they are doing. They never checked my prescription history due to laziness. So, now I have 90 days of a prescription I cannot use, and my insurance will not approve the correct prescription because the already approved and filled the wrong prescription. So, now I have the hassle of fight with my insurance to get the right prescription filled or bring diabetic and going without insulin for 90 days and ending up in the hospital because the pharmacist at CVS was too lazy to check the prescription was correct. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PHARMACY TO MY WORST ENEMY!! I’m currently looking for another pharmacy!!

I've been using this pharmacy since 2019 and i love the treatment received. I'm greeted by my name. The staff is pleasant, patient and caring. They're knowledgeable and very professional. I'm a trained pharmacy tech and when I ask questions, the staff respond pleasantly. I'd highly recommend this pharmacy.

I drive from the oceanfront to this pharmacy now because their staff is so exceptional. Twice now they have gone SO far out of their way to get my baby’s antibiotics flavored and sweetened so he’ll take them. They have literally had a direct impact on his health. I cannot say enough good things about this location.

I miss Amy and everyone so much. If my medication wasn't so expensive at CVS I would definitely return to getting my meds at this location.
