This pharmacy is horrific- an indifferent and condescending manager (Bertie), always behind/busy/don't have things ready that are supposed to be completed, plus unpleasant attitudes all around (particularly Elizabeth). This is especially disturbing when you take a controlled substance and your prescription being ready on time is imperative. It's absolutely baffling that this location simply cant get it together- do yourself a favor and get your prescriptions sent to another CVS.

Don't bother with the drive thru, unless you have a full tank of gas and all day to waste sitting in line because this is horrible I have sat in line waiting for a prescription for 30 minutes so far, taking my business to kroger.total incompetence. Just waited 30 minutes in drive thru, no one helping anyone. So I go inside wait through that line to get my prescription come back out and the same two people are still in line and a drive-thru pathetic especially when there's like 7 in people working in pharmacy. Totally done with this place

I was using one location for Pharmacy services and switched to another. Both locations are the most tired, piss poor, uncaring, unwilling to help, non chalant, slowful, raggedy excuse for what is supposed to be customer service I have ever seen. I wish my employer would let us go back to using walgreens without penalty.

The CVS pharmacy at this location is horrible. The pharmacist is rude and nasty. It takes forever for someone to answer the phone. CVS in general has a terrible system of auto notifications for texting that you can never get to stop. They send notifications of prescription refills that I never requested and never need. In order to stop those you have to stop all notifications so I can't get the ones I need. I am a marketing director at a law firm, have been involved in customer service delivery at other companies and aware of what good customer service should be and how to use technology for your business. I see other reviews that are positive that are a little old so I bet the service when downhill when this pharmacist started working there. I used to come years ago and didn't have a problem but this isn't the same guy. Sad.

The people in the pharmacy are amazing but incredibly overwhelmed! CVS, please provide additional support to the pharmacy! It is nearly impossible to get a hold of them when calling, (now over 32 min on hold to get through), and same day medication…well that’s asking a lot. I’m stunned at this turnaround. Very unfortunate and unreliable.

Made a COVID/Flu vaccine appointment. I tried to make another for my daughter for the same time, the only time slot was 2 hours later. Called the pharmacy, waited on hold for over an hour, asked if I could add my daughter at the same time, I was told NO. Going to Walgreens. Horrible customer service. Will never shop at a CVS again.

Leaps and bounds better than the Walgreens off of Virginia Beach Blvd.(up the street). I can actually get my prescriptions in a timely manner and the staff has actual people skills and are decent human beings

My husband went in to pick up 2 RX's today & the pharmacist made him feel guilty for getting them b/c they were both pain meds! Meds he has been on & getting filled here since 2015! He takes these every day & has never ever abused them & takes them for very good reasons. Well, the pharmacist today, a man, decided to openly say the name of both meds in front of at least 8 people waiting for their medication too! Not too smart!! That is absolutely a HIPPA violation at best!! But, the hubby doesn't want to rock the boat so I figured the least I can do is write a review & let others know, in case it happens to you!! Call him out, do not allow him to do the same to you or any friends or family!@!@! Your Dr gives you these scripts b/c you need them, a pharmacist has no right whatsoever to say 1 WORD to you about any scrips & why you take them. They do a bunch of other things to keep you informed about your meds, but what happened today crossed a huge line!!!. UNBELIEVABLE!@! CVS do better & please retrain your pharmacist's about what HIPPA means. B/c what he did, could potentially be a fine for YOU!@!I would have given ZERO ☆'s if I could!!

I’ve been using this location for YEARS with NO issues whatsoever. The girl I spoke to today was so unprofessional, catty, and down right rude to the point it brought out my rudeness. I went inside to talk to the manager BERTIE who acted like he couldn’t hear me and just kept loudly interrupting me saying “what” “I can’t hear you” when I was trying to explain the situation. He then MUTTERED “don’t come back” as I was leaving. I felt so uncomfortable and torn down I had to call CVS corporate who THANK GOODNESS called them and got my medication expedited and ready almost immediately where I had already waited over 24 hours for antibiotics. I get being understaffed but having staff, IN A MEDICAL PLACE WHERE PEOPLE NEED HELP AND ARE SICK, that treat us like that is disturbing.

Been coming here since they opened and service just keeps getting WORSE!!!I needed my antibiotics ASAP bcuz I was getting surgery the next week.they told me they were ordering my meds and it would be there Monday. Monday comes and nothing/no updates. Turns out they wouldn’t be able to get the medication regardless at all for whatever reason. So why would they lie and say they would be ordering it& not send an update on the status. Which in turn prevented me from getting my surgery I’ve been waiting to have for 6+ MONTHS ‼️‼️I’m definitely going up the ladder to file a complaint y’all are ridiculous and service has been going downhill fast
