I hate making bad reviews but this CVC on Independence is horrible. Long wait times are the norm. Today I received a text my prescriptions were ready. Up arriving, minutes later, only one of the two were even acknowledged as being filled the other had no mention. Add to that this pharmacy doesn’t half staff their lunch hours they actually close the pharmacy completely, so I had to leave. I have arrived too many times to find partial prescription fills and a long lunch hour in the early afternoon. Never again, CVS. You are the best example of a bad business model I have run across in years.

I swapped pharmacies to this location because of how kind the employees are. Today was no different. After dealing with a lot of not so friendly medical professionals lately, it is such a relief to be met with kindness and empathy. Thank you!

Someone in Virginia Beach just used all my good coupons from my account in Saint Albans,WV without my approval. I don’t know anyone in Virginia Beach. If this is not corrected I will be deleting my account and shopping elsewhere. If it’s that easy to hack coupons what else will possibly happen??

CVS beat the pants off Walgreens in the customer service department. I recently moved back from abroad and needed test trips for my blood glucose meter. The associates at CVS were patient and kind. They helped with my issue and were super friendly.

I shop at CVS because the the discounts, rewards and creative specials on the items that I use. The store is near my house and the discounts and savings on gas help my budget.

5 stars for the pharmacy techs and pharmists at the Independence blvd virginia beach location. I used the cvs app to schedule flu and covid shots for me and my husband. Apparently the app didn't work properly and his appointment didn't go through. We arrived at the pharmacy and staff were able to resolve the problem quickly. This location is understaffed and needs to hire additional people.
