The pharmacy is an absolute NIGHTMARE. The pharmacist treats you like a door-to-door salesperson trying to sell waterfront property in Kansas, so incredibly rude. None of the customers can figure out where the line is suppose to be in the store. Some of the other people in the pharmacy act like kids in McDonald's working their first day. This place is crazy and gets just about everyone stressed out who goes there.

How hell is the pharmacy going ro message and tell me my meds will be ready by 3 get to the store around 420 and they tell me will still be another hour.

I don't normally leave reviews but every interaction I've had with this CVS has been so friendly and so nice that I felt like I had to say something. In-person and even over the phone, I've left the interactions a little happier than I was before.

The pharmacy staff are great and super helpful. Usually the store staff are great too but the gentleman (who was on staff around 4pm today, with glasses and dark hair) who works at the front of the store has a such an off putting attitude. Good thing he had his name tag turned around because I would add it here. An attitude like his will turn any customer away and find a CVS elsewhere.

Terrible Pharmacy terrible experience the person who claims to be the manager is absolutely horrible no help here. Do not recommend ever super unprofessional. Do anything you can to stay away from not only this pharmacy but CVS in general. If you really hate your job that much then go find a new one you don’t Have to treat people inhumanely. It is disgusting how this Pharmacy is acting. This is not the first time I’ve had a problem.

CVS always makes me feel welcome. The staff greet customers, always courteous, polite and very attentive. The coupons, deals and extra bucks are amazing, which drives me to stop in. Even when I’m not looking for anything, I usually walk out with something. Kudos to the management team for recruiting great talents who displays the true meaning of customer service. Thank you to the entire team at 6099 Indian River Rd, Virginia Beach, VA 23464. You all are simply awesome!!!

CVS Staff are great customer service. They go out of their way to provide good advice on prescription medication and supplements.

This location is a joke because they never answer the phones and their automated system forces you into leaving voicemail, which they say they'll call back in "about 1 hour". This is no way to run a business. You stink and need to get it together.

Pharmacy was extremely rude. Never had a pharmacist yell at me before until today. Do not use this pharmacy they have no idea what customer service is and only yell at their customers and don’t apologize when they are wrong. Kept saying they didn’t have any prescriptions ready under my name until the realized they were looking the last name wrong. It was the head pharmacist too.

Went to the drive thru to pick up prescriptions and a Covid test. They said I had to come in to buy the Covid test. If I had Covid, you just made me come in and expose everyone else. Nevermind everyone in line behind me looking at me like a leper when the pharmacist yelled where to find the tests.
