Sometimes issues happen at stores they lose power register go down and cant sell nothing if u dont have registers. MAYBE YOU SHOULD THINK OUTSIDE THE BOX THINGS HAPPEN . YOUBCANT CONTROL DID U BOTHER TO ASK WHY OR WHAT OR THOUGHT A POST WOULD BE THE BEST WAY? WHAT WAS YOUR SATIFACTION IN DOING THAT AND NOT KNOWING THE WHOLE STORY.

All of their signs say that they close at 10:00 p.m. everyday not the pharmacy the regular store I got here at 9:15 and the doors are completely locked and I see the people inside just ignoring me and I'm not knocking on the door and everything and they were holding something for me to come back and pick up so why am I being falsely advertised to about them closing at 10:00 when it's a complete lie

All the retail staff are polite, knowlegable and helpful. The store is clean and well-lighted. My every visit there has been fruitful, every item I wanted being in stock.

This CVS is absolutely the worst at filling prescriptions they don't look at the dates I'll go up there and have a prescription with two refills and they won't be able to see it in the computer and I'll go without meds because of this when I finally do get it figured out they told me it'll be ready in 30 minutes I give them 45 minutes and come back and it's still not ready and they tell me another 30 minutes they shouldn't be telling people it's going to be ready in 30 minutes if it's not going to be ready in 30 minutes that is very bad business I'm now late to school because I decided to wait and it's still not finished I would have just gone to school staff definitely needs to be retrained

The Great Neck CVS Pharmacy has always had very polite and helpful pharmacists and assistants working behind the counter. My husband and I are also friendly when we greet them and realize how busy they are now. It is my understanding that the military"s insurance company is Tricare and Farm Fresh now Harris Teeter no longer accepted Tricare. So their prescriptions were transferred to the Great Neck CVS (the closest pharmacy). This possibly doubled the number of prescriptions they now had to fill. I also believe that the increase in the number of people now on weight loss/diabetic injections has exploded and now there are shortages across the country. This increasesthe number of people calling to inquire about supplies. I hope thy can get additional help so the drive thru won't have too many cars.They are always busy!

Pharmacy decided to inactivate my current prescription and refuse to reactivate it so now I called my doctor office to send in a new prescription and still can’t get it filled so don’t use this pharmacy they inactivate patients prescriptions for no reason !!! Worst place ever

This branch has serious issues. It takes 2 days for a prescription to be filled. Longer for refills. Been waiting a week for a crucial med and they can't even tell me when it will arrive. Completely unacceptable.

I love this CVS! I get photos printed there. Also, shopping from time to time and it doesn’t matter if I call or go in the store, the ladies that work there are so kind and friendly! Wonderful customer service! I’m always traveling around the Hampton Roads area and I have to say, this is by far the best CVS in this area.

Place pretty clean and staff is nice
