Since when did they start checking IDs? Wow so I can’t use my own debit card without an ID? Why is it the color of my skin that’s the problem? Will never come here anymore. Thank you

If a parent is standing within 5 feet of their kids (parent looking at books, kids picking out a toy) there's no need to make an announcement over the intercom about it. Also whoever was putting the books away stood there looking at us for an uncomfortable amount of time. I asked if we were in his way and he responded that he could wait while continuing to look at us. So we just walked away. I have been to this location a few times before... but today will be the last!

Absolutely terrible. You're supposed to be there for veterans but your policies sure know how to inconvenience a veteran especially when they can have ptsd. I found one pair of pants that I needed for work and of course there is no price. They said that they can't reprice it on weekends and I'd have to wait till tomorrow. Well some people only have weekends to handle things. This is the dumbest thing I've ever heard of and any other thrift store would have just put a price on it and sell it.... very frustrating.

The staff is TERRIBLE. So rude. On two separate occasions they went out of their way to make it apparent that children were not “welcomed” in their store.

Everyone was so rude. Older man grabbed me to tell me to leave. The store closed in 20 minutes. Physically harassing people. Disgusting pieces. $30 for a broken bag. Vomit on the carpet. NOT WORTH THE TRIP.

The book prices have went from reasonable to outrageous. Recently the lines are backed up and I went to purchase something, waited in line and was told the item I grabbed I couldn't purchase because it was one of two pieces and the second waa missing. I offered to but the one part but was told no and that I wasted my time because they can't sell it. Nothing else offered. I could have went and tried again and wait even longer but why risk not being able to purchase my second choice? Between this and books at times going over $10 why would I continue to visit a thrift store that used to be my favorite in the area? Extremely disappointed and hope something improves!

Great spot to find loads of decor, kitchen stuff, furniture, and picture frames! Everything is very reasonably priced and the staff are super friendly. The place is clean and organized which made shopping a breeze. Check it out sometime! This place is incredible. You'll never know what you'll find here.My only note, and it's not a big deal, but they seemed under staffed at the cash registers. But the line went super fast.

Me and my friend just had the best experience at this DAV! Ezra, who said this was only his second day, was super positive and friendly. We talked with him for almost an hour and he showed us the best pieces, told us the best times to come, and was just a great employee and person! Another girl, who I didn't catch her name, was also super sweet and friendly with us. I love them and love this store!

Clothes are okay, prices are a little steep. $15 for a t shirt is insane. When card readers go down (which is often apparently) the manager has nothing to say to customers stuck in line besides they can't do anything but check the modem. Asked me to go to the ATM and come back, I said I was going to do so. I came back in and they assumed I wasn't going to come back for some reason? No apologies were given for the inconvenience until after money was in the cashiers hand. Very unfortunate how this situation gets handled and as a frequent customer it's disappointing to know I won't be returning.

This organization has become nothing but money hungry. I question the fact of how much actually goes to the DAV and how much goes into their own pockets. They forget that people donate everything they sell for profit. A few weeks ago I had picked up a small bag with tiny ceramic eggs. There was probably about four or five in the bag, the sales associate without thinking, slammed the bag on the counter, and a few of them broke. I simply said, let me take the broken ones out and I'll take the rest if you give me a discount on them . She said absolutely. She proceeded, but had to call a manager to void the item off and to re-ring it. The woman came over and said no I cannot purchase it. It needs to go to the back for reevaluation and re-pricing. I looked at her and said; Do you realize people donate to you but she just walked away. Their prices are ridiculous as they think they are a High End Dept. Store. Cameras all over the place. Absolutely disgusting. The stores could not exist if people did not donate. Please folks find another place to go. I will no longer support the DAV. No more shopping and Never again will I make another donation.
