Store is usually very clean. New self checkout area is quick and easy. Shelves are usually stocked pretty well. Two older women that work there can be rude, one complains a lot, loudly so everyone hears her. They won't blow up balloons bought online even though online it says their store can do it, they just refuse to or acknowledge that. It's not like it comes out of their pay. They don't do refunds, only exchanges, usual.

This dollar tree is always clean and well stocked. They have self check out now which is awesome. The employees are always so kind and helpful and I've never had a bad experience here.

I like the store but Beverly is by far the most racist person I’ve even seen there in the 16 years we’ve been shopping there. I have never seen more racial favoritism and denial from a retail worker in my life. All our money is green or plastic so why treat us differently

I found a few hidden treasures in this Dollar Tree. I like the Hilltop Shopping area and it’s only a few blocks from this location near Ollie’s. Madison waited on me today…very friendly and hard at work but still joked with me while I was choosing my items. I especially like it when they introduce new products and we get a shot at them for $1.25 before they’re marketed elsewhere. I definitely recommend this location.

Denise and Tamara are very rude. No hello, when we went to check out they didn't say a word, just the total. Where is the customer service in this location??

Shopped at Dollar Tree numerous times without an issue until today. I purchased wrong products and realized my mistake right away. They did not have items I needed, so, could not exchange immediately, therefore, I asked for a return/refund ( which I learned, was not an option!). However, a store credit or a store gift card for the returned items is not an option either. They only can exchange item for item (again, they did not have what I needed). Thus, I am stuck with my purchase until I actually find something in the store for exchange. This is extremely inconvenient and definitely discouraging from shopping there in the future!

This is one of the best Dollar Tree's in the area! They have everything and it is all stocked up. Many of the other Dollar Tree locations (Especially in Norfolk) have unstocked items all over the place and very unorganized. THIS store in Hiltop was great!

Now more aptly referred to as ''Dollar Twenty-Five'' Tree (everything is now $1.25), still great deals from this chain.Sadly, with inflation, even with the 25¢ price increase, it still seems the selection of items is not what is used to be just a couple years ago. Maybe it should become ''Dollar-Fifty Tree''! ?

Manager has the rudest attitude and horrible customer service! Lines of 15 ppl but won't open another register. The employees grumbling loudly about a lot of customers in the store while customers waiting in line!

Beverly is one of theeee most unpleasant cashiers and people in general I have ever met. I would gladly go 20miles to a different store just to not have her ring me up. She’s rude, condescending and doesn’t seem like she likes her job, which I get but you don’t have to act so rude to customers like they are a problem.
