I just want to say that I have been coming to this dollar tree for about three years consistently and I have never dealt with someone so rude and disrespectful and someone who definitely did not want to do their job. Her name was Lydia. She is also the manager At the N. Mall Dr., Dollar tree and I think for her to be a manager With such poor customer service. It truly sets a name for this dollar tree. She is rude to every customer, she yells in the hallways about stocking up stuff or simply doing her job. I have heard her on the phone several times being rude to other customers when they come up to her, I have heard her be rude to customers when they are looking for something and she doesn’t feel like helping I do not feel like she should be in a manager position nor inside a customer service position at all I run a company myself, and I know firsthand whether it’s your fault or not. You always take care of the Customer.

I’ve never seen a dollar tree so clean in my life!! All the shelves were stocked! I didn’t have to walk around u-boats and boxes.
All I bought was gum but I had to give praise where it’s due! Keep up the good work!

This is a very clean and organized location. The employees are friendly. Items are plentiful and stocked. I can shoot here on my lunchbreak to grab office supplies and other things as needed. Lets not even mention holiday items...Score!

Just a heads up this is a dollar plus type dollar tree lol they have a lot of 5$ tshirts and such I came in for these neat nails stickers that another location had but they must not carry them here The staff were pleasant from what I could tell and the overall the store is clean

That store off Laskin Road is so under staffed. Shelves are disorganized and empty. Things all over the floor.THAT STORE NEEDS HELP!!

Hadn't been to that store in a while. Wasn't bad. But the associate working offered me a self checkout. I declined. Then he takes the time to explain to me WHY they have self checkout. No need I used to be a store MGR for a different company. Then proceeded to put my food items in with my chemicals/personals. After I already explained to him with taking items from the first bag I didn't want my food items with chemicals. Got home. And more stuff mixed in. Bagging 101. I think a company email could help make it clear since common sense is on vacation. Customers do NOT want to eat house cleaning chemicals. They could leak into the food if in the same bag.
