The young girl at the register was very nasty. Literally said nothing to me and I asked if they had a certain balloon and she nodded (no words) so she immediately starts to walk off, i asked should I tell you what other balloons I want first or do you just want to come back and she does a hand gesture for me to hurry up and tell her and then rolls her eyes. As she is pulling the balloons out the drawer, she slams the drawer. I thought maybe that was an accident, but the next two drawers she proceeded to slam very aggressively, I told her not to even worry about it, and I left. I went to another dollar tree and will NEVER go back to this location again. IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO WORK WITH THE PUBLIC, DO NOT TAKE A JOB IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Typical dollar store. I didn’t find anything new or a must have. Went there looking for a wreath frame. No luck. You can hardly find them anymore

The manager was arguing with Cashier , it was happened at outside. The Cashier didn’t do nothing and minding his own business.

The lady with the long pepper gray hair seems to have a bad attitude first thing in the morning. She literally looked dead at me when I walked in her lane and instead of saying this lane is closed she just stares until the other associate said she would take me.

Terrible customer service! I stopped by on 7/18 around 4:30pm. Cashier was extremely rude and said absolutely nothing even when I said hi and thank you after my purchase. I will not be returning to this location.

This is a nice, well-stocked and clean Dollar Tree with friendly staff.
I've stopped in a few times to browse for party items and some snacks when we're hosting events and have always found it to be clean, well-kept and have tons of items available to suit my needs.
Checkout is pretty quick and they have helium balloons here for $1.25 each - cheaper than anywhere else!

Yes, yes, I love Dollar Tree stores, and in the Hampton Roads area, we have the best selections of line items because we are located near their headquarters. This store location is so amazing. The selection is soooo good. The shelving is well organized and clean. The signage is correct, and the shelves are full of cool stuff for storage, decor, and yummy treats and food items. You will love the parking. Lots of it with spaces large enough for modern-day SUVs to fit comfortably. The manager was very nice and jumped on the register himself to help the flow of the checkout lines. Great smiles and wonderful attitudes for all staff members. Enjoy yourself.

This Dollar Tree is pretty large and has a huge amount of inventory. Including fresh helium balloons for $1.25 each. I primarily use them for party supplies and seasonal decor items at this point and was able to get a ton of greeting cards, party ideas and some decor plans for an upcoming baby shower. It's in a decent-ish shopping center with Party City, Food Lion and Burlington all sharing parking and easily walkable.

Usuallly have a good experience here but I just left the store and while I was in their I needed to get to the tissue paper section and a employee/woman was cutting up boxes right in-front of it, I tried to move around her to look at the tissue paper and she just seemed annoyed so I asked if I could get in there and she just sighed with a literal box cutter in her hand not saying anything to me and not moving. Just waiting for me to try to find what I need around her??? I just said nvm I don’t want to bother you, I’ll go somewhere else AND SHE GIGGLED as I walked away. EMBARRASSING of y’all to hire people like that lol.

So I went to this particular establishment And Hannah, the manager or whatever she was was so unprofessional she walked away, I told her. The only reason why bottom cause it was for teaching night so I needed them. Other than that, I will not be a returning to that establishment and I need corporate to contact me, thank you. I definitely need someone from corporate to contact me
