This is BY FAR the cleanest, most well organized Dollar Tree I have ever been to. This is one of my favorite places to get cards, because their selection of decent cards for $1.25 or less is unrivaled. I also love to wander and grab random kid craft items- notebooks, drawing pads, stickers, coloring books, etc. I rarely go in looking for more than a couple items and just let the Dollar Tree tell me what I need. This is easier said than done in some stores, as they can be completely in disarray with things piled all over the place. Not this one! There were also a ton of checkouts open, some staffed, some self checkout, making for almost no line, which is also rare in many of the Dollar Trees I've been in. I'd definitely go out of my way to go to this one over any other DY locations in the area.

Great location. Fully stocked with all your household needs, holiday decor for Halloween and Thanksgiving, office supplies, and snacks galore. Self-checkouts are installed at this location. Overall, a very good shopping experience.

I actually LOVE Dollar Tree's makeup selection. Did you know it actually does not cause me problems? Cool, creative, and collective the makeup they sell here is actually endless. And I'm known to buy pretty expensive makeup. But whenever I need something new, Dollar Tree is the first to supply it. If anyone ever needs new make-up ideas, come straight to Dollar Tree. Honestly guys, great job on your make-up, because I absolutely adore it!

Great place to shop on a budget, food paper products, laundry detergent, candy, all for a dollar twenty five cents each. Granted they are not name brands but when money is tight who cares!

This place is always filthy and disorganized with junk all over the floor and in the way no matter what time of day or day of the week. Not sure what is up as no other Dollar Tree is like this. I end up giving up and going to the one on Kemps River.

Arrowhead Plaza had everything I needed. However, thos was after I left College Park store empty-handed. Shelves looked like Mother Hubbard's Cupboard. Sad.

They had what I needed and the clerk was very kind. However, this was the messiest dollar tree I've ever been to. The way some stuff (mostly books) was just thrown onto shelves was crazy. There is no way I'd dig through it. They had a lot of inventory and maybe some of it should have stayed boxed up until there was room for more.

This dollar tree is located in a shopping center off Princess Anne Rd.. There is plenty of parking out front. The shopping center has some other restaurants and places in the strip, but it does give off a kinda deserted feeling... The employees there are mainly younger adults. Its weird because they will check you out without saying 1 word.. No hello or any type of acknowledgment. I can't stand that, because wheres the service? It doesn't cost anything to be friendly. Why do people get customer service jobs if they want to make the customer feel like they don't want to assist... Once i spoke, the young lady loosened up some. But this is a regular thing at this location. Its hit or miss... Why should the customer have to engage with the associate to get them to speak or even acknowledge them? That's what they're paid for... There was a customer waiting for 4-5 minutes to check out, calling out for someone to come to the register. The young lady heard and ignored him for as long as she could. She was hiding in the back corner. After 4 minutes, it made me feel some type of way so i told her he needed help. But she still lingered... The whole situation was a turn off. The store was being stocked so it was all sorts of things in the aisles and the frozen section was out of most items. It looked pretty skimp!! I do like dollar tree because they get some decent items for $1.25... The price increase seems small, like its just a quarter... But when you buy over 30 items that $.25 adds up pretty quickly... I'm not complaining. I just miss those good old $1 days.. Lol. Its a pretty average experience at this store. Occasionally they'll get a friendly associate that likes to chat a little. I appreciate those moments. But not today... Management needs to train them on greeting customers and being engaging just a little bit... I might be old school, but customer service is slowly fading away!! Smh.. All in all its about 3 stars and that's just for the products!! Service alone would only be 1 star..

I went to Dollar tree to buy goods today, I thought I would trust the clerk, I paid, and the clerk asked for money. As a result, when I got home, I looked at the receipt, and I also counted a few items, and the clerk calculated an extra sum, which was disappointing! , When consumers buy, please count the number of products on the spot, so as not to count one more product, 1.25 yuan is also money.
