The picture of the product we bought is definitely looked bigger than what we got.(Simply Edible Bouquet - Petite + Chocolate Dipped Apple Wedges: Salted Caramel (6 Wedges)The store person was not willing to help us. Taste was good but we think it’s not worth for what we paid for it.

I went to place an order online for curbside pickup. On the website there was an option to add my email address to get a 15% discount on my next order.Added my email, got a confirmation email, but never received a code to enter on my order.I created my "next" order, called the store, but they had no clue about the discount.Since it was the day before Mother's Day and I just had been cleared from Covid, I couldn't get my wife a gift earlier nor try another place. I needed their curbside pickup and had to move forward with the order.The following day, I went to their website to request a refund for the 15% discount offered, filled all the boxes from their contact form, including the captcha verification, but the submit button stayed green and didn't allow me to submit my request.

I placed an order online 5 days in advance for a delivery for a co-worker's last day. By noon of the day of deliver, the bouquet had not arrived. I contacted the store and was told deliveries are not due until after 3pm! WHY?! Most offices close around 4 or 5pm. My co-worker was to leave work to move out of state at 3pm. I was assured my delivery would be completed at 2:45pm. She stayed until 3:05 but had to leave to pick up her children. The bouquet was not delivered until 3:35pm. I called the store multiple times and Andrae was very nice and tried to help me solve this issue but the store manager would not cancel the deliver at 3:15pm or issue me a refund for this now unwanted delivery. I decided to drive 30 mins away from job (away from my own home at rush hour) to personally deliver something that should have been delivered earlier. I will never order from Edible Arrangements and especially not this store. Be warned, delivers do not occur until after 3pm!! So if you need it earlier in the day, do it the day before but know if your business close early, you will never get it fresh.

I came into the store yesterday and was met with some of the worst customer service. The only associate working literally huffed when he came up front and then every response he gave me was an indication that I was inconveniencing him and he did not want to be helping me. He was very rude with his word choice and tone, and even when I mentioned that it was my birthday he continued to express his annoyance that he was having to do his job and assist me. Very disappointing.

Honestly I work here,, and it's super fun:) usually we don't take more than 15 minutes getting your stuff ready,, and we even bring it to your car:) everything is delicious,, no complaints✌?

Ordered online for a 9am pick up for clients closing on their home. Go to pick up the order and it's not ready at 9am. I asked to cancel my order now late for the closing. Employee ignores my request and says it will be just 5 more min. 9:30 am and just now getting the order. Wasn't even offered an I'm sorry voucher or anything. I will not be coming here again.

I wasn’t sure if you would be open today after all the snow, but the young lady I spoke with on the phone was so pleasant and helpful. Thank you for assisting me with choosing a beautiful fruit bouquet for my daughter who is under the weather. She sent me a picture, and I am so pleased.

The to go cups were great the to go dipped strawberries have to be tossed. They look a week old. Disappointed.

I just ordered from them again June 26, 2021 ! I ordered a smaller fruit basket for my boss and I balloon ! I asked them to please deliver before 4:00 ! Well they did ! They sent the order to the one on Portsmouth Blvd because my former boss I should say he still works in Chespeake! Everything was perfect ! I ordered from the Laskin Road store many times and never had issues ! It was his Birthday I wanted to suprize him and I definitely did ! I have never had any issues with this location!
