Express wonders why they are going bankrupt! Because they hire anyone to run their stores and their employees are the rudest people especially at lynnhaven mall.
The store manager Catherine has the nastiest attitude towards customers and her staff. I overheard her talking about how she doesn't like dealing with Black customers, I guess she thought no one could hear her, like the audacity so I asked another employee what was her name. All people, no matter the color help keep this business afloat. Disgusting behavior especially to learn she is the store manager.
Then a young man with black nails also very rude asked him about something on clearance because it didn't ring up and he just had an complete attitude but the young man ringing didn't want to give me his name . Overall I wouldn't shop at this store or recommend it to anyone. If express hires these type of people no one should support this brand.

I received excellent service at this location. I didn’t get the two young ladies names, but they were excellent. They both were wearing glasses. Lol that’s the only description I have, but they weee very helpful. I typically don’t feel like going into the store, but I’ll definitely be back. Monday 1/8/24

We stopped here to try and find my husband his first suit, and we were not disappointed. We found an awesome, stylish suit that fit him perfectly, and they were having a suit sale for $100 off! Every person working that we interacted with was great. We will definitely be back.

The staff's customer service is amazing. Everyone helped us in some way and were extremely friendly. Will helped us with a few clothing and shoe choices, it was exactly what we needed. They didn't know what emotional state we were in shopping today (shopping for memorial outfits), but they completely made us feel welcome and seen. For that we are grateful.

Very disappointed. The staff was great but there is no inventory. This used to be my favorite go to clothing store. Looking around it looks like a thrift store toward the back with a hodgepodge of last years clothing on racks with no rhyme or reason. Old styling with limited sizes. Not worth the drive anymore.
