About 2 years ago I moved out of my unit that i'd had for ariund 4 years. Unreasonable price hikes! To make matters much worse, all of my furniture, plastice bins, boxes and suitcases were covered in rat feces and urine! The boxes and plastic bags were chewed through and everything inside was covered in rat feces and urine!

The moment I walked in the young lady in training was very polite, respectful, professional and took the initiative to help me in choosing the right storage unit that best fits my needs.. she not just went over different options but she showed me a view of what the actual storage unit looks like.. I’ve been with this location of extra space storage for about 3 years and the staff has always been wonderful and helpful. Today I came in to rent a second unit and Marie was so kind, patient ,and helped me out with what I needed. I’m so grateful that my storage unit office staff is caring and does whatever they can to make my experience as easy as possible since having to keep all my stuff in a storage unit during transition periods can be stressful so I truly appreciate everyone here!
